INTRODUCTION
The 5G network is the fifth generation technology and broadband cellular network and
more efficient network than other like 4G (Campolo and et. al., 2017). The subscribers are
continuously increased and as per the prediction the 1.7 billion of people are going to use the 5G
network effectively. This report will evaluate the importance of 5G and uses in business with
relationship of digital technologies and theories of this in business and management practises.

Importance of 5G
The 5G is the world forth revolution and the change in the economy, this technology is one of
the fastest speed network (Qamar and et. al., 2019). This has potential to have an indispensable
technology which is more efficient to support millions of user at higher speed.
Improving accessibility: This new technology will go to assist in more effective manner and also
make life better. With the help of this the people potential get higher and people find this
technology more convenient and also help them who need assistance in day to day life.
Extend to reach of mobile broadband: This technology is having capability to reach beyond
where the past technologies use to permit (Fu and et. al., 2018). The 5G network is effective for
3D holograms, virtual reality and also effective to create opportunities to connect people.
Improves safety, health and security: when the 5G technologies improves the critical mission
services influence the safety as well as security in technology. With the help of this traffic is
being controlled and the applications are also responding faster.
5G development
There is basically no organization or company who developed the 5G network, yet they
are making efforts and also contribute to bring the 5G and provide their cellphones with this
technology (Cao and et. al., 2018). There are almost 12 companies in the market who have make
their efforts to research on 5G network. After the 4G LTE the people find that they need
something new which have more capability than others and also work more effectively. The 5G
network is based on the OFDM this is basically a method to modulate the digital signal in
different channels to minimize the interference.

Description of 5G technology and its uses
The 5G is enhanced technology in the network which uses to deliver higher and multi-
Gbps peak data speed, more reliability, increased availability and massive network (Ahokangas
and et. al., 2019). The 5G network uses to enhance performance and improve the efficiency as it
can provide more than 20 Gbps. In the Qualcomm technology have developed x65 which is work
maximum on 10 Gbps while downloading yet the 5G is much more than that. This network will
work on the 5G devices who uses to support 5G network connection in it. This network can be
characterized into next level network which is having higher capability and efficiency to work
more rapidly and accurately. This network is going to consume less power and provide more
effective result than previous networks. This technology will mainly use for increasing the
mobile broadband, massive lot, mission critical communication. With the prediction of the future
this network is developed more flexible and capable to support the future needs.
Basically, the 5G network work on MIMO which is multiple input, multiple output which
have large amount of elements called as antenna which assist to send and receive the information
at the same time (Yrjola, 2020). The network is used for better experience of using internet as it
is super fast and also help in saving time.
Technology used in 5G
The 5G is totally based on orthogonal frequency division multiplex which is the effective
method for modulating so that interference can be minimized with this. The wider bandwidth
tool of sub-6 GHz and mm Wave are used in 5G technology of network. NR air interface is also
used in the fifth generation network (Barb and Otesteanu, 2020). This network is also work in
smilier manner yet the radio frequency are higher in this which are less cluttered. The Qualcomm
as well as Huawei are the two brands are the two companies who are leading in the market who
offer the devices supporting 5G Network.
Type of business uses 5G
It is proofed that the efficiency of business can be enhanced when this technology is
being used the business who are having adequate amount of fund to invest in technology
development can make use of this network (Alawad and Kaewunruen, 2021G). There are many
companies who are making use of this technology few examples are Qualcomm, Nokia and

Ericsson who are highly investing in the field of 5G network market. The business who need to
grow in short period through connecting wider customer base usually make use of this
technology. The businesses who need some change to grab the customer attention so 5G is one
of the best option to fully change the business and it is low in latency.

The business can make use of 5G technology to reach its target audience in rapid speed as
compared to 4G network (hosh and et. al., 2019). The business can connect with more customer

The 5G is fully connected with the current module as this is a digital technology which is
continuously growing in the market as per the need of the customers (Elnashar and El-saidny,

felt more convenient when they are using this. There are different advantage of using this
technology in the business and some drawback as this is the latest technology so comparatively
more expensive than others in the market. This module needs the technology present which is
used by the business for international transactions so the 5G is one of the crucial technology

which is used worldwide and also supports the activities of the business. The 5G is more
effective because its is the latest technology in the field of networks and also efficient then other
technologies.
5G is not only connect to the network there are many other sectors where the 5g network
is connected with customer relationship management in this the information related to business
contacts, sales and services related issues are undertaken this will be done more effectively when
the network of 5G is being used in this (Wang, 2020). The 5G is interrelated with the artificial
intelligence because in this decision-making, perceptions, problem solving and also have a
machine vision so 5G network is also remain connected with this as the activities of artificial
intelligence is done with the help of network which is faster and having more efficiency than
others. When machine learning is looked then also the network is also connected over their to
provided required information and data. The data analysis which is done in machine learning is
more effective and need a network which is more capable and effective to perform this task
quickly.
5G is also interrelated with globalization because in the process of globalization the
world is getting more interconnected with each other and also communicate to continue with
their trade practise and exchange of culture (Noll and et. al., 2018). So to reach the people
worldwide it becomes more important that the network which we are using is efficient and faster
so that business transaction can be done quickly. When people get better connection then they
find safer to trade internationally and also promote the culture in different regions.
The software are also connected with the new technology as 5G when the 5G is
overlooked it is a virtual software and also exploits the cloud technology. The software can only
used effectively when the 5G network is being providing required data to it. The social media
and 5G network is also interconnected as the social media is digital technology and every digital
technology work with the help of internet. Without the use of network people cannot able to
access the social media network (Ahokangas and et. al., 2019). This network will help to provide
a way to the user of social media so that they can come together from different country and also
share their information. Without an effective network the social media is nothing because this
network uses to share the information more quickly and internationally. When the connection of
the user are not proper then this is not performed properly.

Evolution of 5G network
5G is the latest technology which is wireless and dense so this technology has been
developed slowly and there are different networks which are developed before this technology
(Cao and et. al., 2018). In the beginning of this network development first generation cellular
network is being introduced yet this technology very slow but used by the people and having
capability of this network is 2.4 kbps (Fu and et. al., 2018). Further, in this technology 2g
network is being introduced as per the needs of the customers in which network there are number
of changes and up-gradation took place. This is also secure then the first generation network and
more capable to serve people 1 Mbps with EDGE.
Further, in this third generation network is being introduced known as 3G network which
is faster when the cellphones are making use of it (Qamar and et. al., 2019). With the help of this
large data is also transferred to one another like video downloads, email, picture transfer and
many more type of file can be easily transferred with the help of this. In the time of third
generation networks smartphones are introduced who are capable to utilize this technology
effectively. When people find that this is not the efficient speed to make use of internet then
network upgrade to 4G this is totally done to improve the speed of internet and provide higher
quality of data. This network can easily reach to 100 Mbps when its is used practically (Campolo
and et. al., 2017). Moreover, with the phase of time a new network is introduced which is fifth
generation network which is super fast internet with lots of side benefits as this network will
consume less of power and this is totally changed the way people use the internet. This network
provides 35.46 gbps speed that is faster than an eye blink and this will help in reach the people
quicker then any other network.
CONCLUSION
This report concludes that the 5G technology is new generation technology having
number of benefits to its user. This technology is important because this assist in performing the
business task more efficiently in international market. Further it concludes that the 5G
technology is more related to the other tool who are making use of network to perform their task.
The evolution of 5G is being important because with the time the people need more advance
technologies that help in performing the activities more quicker with efficient work.
