INTRODUCTION
The important aspect of professional and personal development rely on self education and
self managed learning procedure. In case of special characteristic and traits in individual's
personality and talent, self education and learning management become cause of personal and
professional development and take person on heights of achievement. Self managed learning
focuses on unique and several different methods of education that create a long term and never
lasting technique of learning for professional as well as individual (Forte and Flores, 2014).
In this following report, analysis of self managed learning approaches is done and its
impact on development process and how it benefit and profit. It overlook purpose and objectives
of this learning and development and evaluate strategies and plans to examine personal and
professional development. Distinguishing own improvement requirement and practices which are
needed to reach them. Also it will study opportunities of personal and professional development
according present and future requirement.

1.1 Self-managed learning approaches evaluation
A person could educate and lesson himself through various processes and techniques
such as research projects assigned by their college professors that requires a whole study of
content or topic for which individual have to analysis depth of information. Except these through
online learning, evaluation of different strategies and plans of management and learning from
others experiences etc. This life long lesson encourage and stimulate an individual like me and
help and motivate in development and self education and create a better impact.
There are various methods and technologies that can build a lifelong learning and
development that encourage person to develop and grow (Lumpe, 2012). Here are some possible
ways that always are helpful:
Visionary Approach -
By visionary approach, individual can recognise upcoming opportunities and threats that
can barrier his development and enable him to consider his strengths and future trends in order to
his growth. This can be done by SWOT analysis of personal and professional matters.

Learning style includes all technologies and methods that facilitates a person to develop
and education by their own (Gumus, 2011).
New Media -
New Media contains mass amount of information that offer large number of data to an
individual. It include blogs, journals, books, website, online education, social media, education
through online application and distance education, streaming videos and audio and many choice
that is offered by internet.
Discussions and Seminar -
A person can learn by seminar, discussions and conferences. It is an effective methods as
it offer to share your knowledge and learn other information and knowledge by communicating
and discussing over a subject.
These also can be achieved by the visionary, auditory and kinaesthetic learner styles
which aid in practices the lessons which is lean red in the seminars and conferences. The
motivational, inspirational and informational videos, listening speech of revolutionary or role
celeb as well executing them in real life are also considered under effective techniques.

Lifelong learnings help an individual to learn and develop as a professional level.
Through identifying and understanding threats, weakness, strength and future opportunities and
trends an individual can change himself as a professional person and gain ocean of knowledge.
SWOT Analysis
My strength are friendly nature, good communication skills, versatile personality, quick
learning personality and hard working spirit. Well person who has good strengths, surly have
weakness. My weakness are barrier in my path of success that include quickly dozed off from
same work, too much sleep, can't handle extra pressure. My opportunities is my curiosity and
passion for further education and studies and curiosity to explore more that can take me heights
of achievement in future and my threats are recession and money.
Self Reflective Learning -
Self respective learning helps in understanding own perspectives, concepts, opinions,
judgements and plan of action that a person likely take in a certain method and be honest for that.
This help me to judge my decisions that I have taken in my life and consider my experience
socially and professionally.

To develop my basic knowledge and talents, reading more and more information such as
newspapers, magazines, books, novels, articles and editor's choice article expand my education,
