This report discusses the importance of effective people management and its respective tools and techniques, along with the role of well-being towards employee performance and motivation. It is based on a case study of INUB Training, a local provider of training with a relatively small workforce. The report explores different performance management tools and techniques, such as key performance indicators, performance appraisal, 360-degree feedback, management by objectives, and performance management framework. It also discusses the role of employee well-being in improving motivation and performance, including keeping employees loyal to the business, creating competition to work, improving employee engagement, and making employees productive and focused.
