C Similarities and differences in three articles Similarities in three of article are found that, it highlights the demand of physical activities in elderly to avoid any vulnerable situation that can be a life threatening for them. As in first article it shows that participating in continual moderate intensity such as walking, cycling helps in providing the benefit for health (André and et.al 2018). Similarly, in article two it is stated that physical activity helps in increasing the physical capacity and sufferance in frail old people. And in third article it also discusses that with physical exercise older people can easily pursue their quality of life. As such differences can be seen as both first and third article aim to focus on introducing the physical activity plan but on the other hand in article two it is found that people who suffer from dementia are at fall risk thus this limits their physical functioning. Strength and weakness in three articles As for the first article its strength is it is well written and use of language is better that helps in developing the direct concept as increment in physical exercise helps in providing the significant benefits for health. Its weakness can be there are some short terns given which are PA SCAQ, EQ-5D-5L at some point it is confusing the reader. In article two its strength is clear structure and concept but too much numeric data which is not in proper order is found as its weakness. At last in third article, it provides the specific terms first that helps in forming the further knowledge and as such weakness is improper structuring. D Critically identification of way to cooperate with engagement for improving the quality of living among older people As for the older people it is important to introduce the physical activity plan in order to support their quality of life (Moore and et.al 2020). Better and efficient way is to communicate with them, as most of the older people gets offended so it is important to pursue with proper strategies as to involve families as well, it helps the patient to respond effectively. Also to follow all social policies in regards with social participation of the older people especially after their retirement. Helps the elderly to understand the need of exercise so that they regularly lay out physical activity that supports their cognition development. CONCLUSION From the above it is concluded that physical activity helps in mitigating all the health risk, at certain point of age Elder people mainly suffers from low immune system and poor functioning 5
of organs thus it causes severe health conditions for them. Thus above it illustrated the description of three articles that highlighted as how physical activity can help in improving the quality of life for elderly.
