This project report concludes the information of a proposal which is based on providing consultant services tom schools for improving their functions as compared to other schools. This project report comprises of knowledge of challenges faced by certain demographies among learner population who were underperforming and are not well supported. It also comprises of understanding of the challenges faced by low-income households due to digital poverty. This also encompasses of understanding level of teachers for gaining knowledge about the pedology as well as student motivation in an effective manner. Al., 2017).This ought them to interact with wide social groups which led them to feel more confident in themselves. Diversity management is considered as vital for schools as this would help students in learning varied types of environmental practices in an effective manner. It also improves intellectual engagement, academic skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving as well as writing among students in an effective manner. Diversity is a crucial aspect which essentially promotes growth as well as healthy society in an effective manner.
