1.1 Review the impact of personal, social and cultural factors on learning
Personal Factors
Age
To understand the learning concept it is very necessary first to analyse the age
of the student. Sometimes, young students sometimes take much time to understand things.
In Contrary, big students get things more quickly. This age group factor affect the learning
of the students.
Gender
Girls and Boys are two different human beings who think differently. Like girls
are more sensitive and emotional. On the side, Boys are faster and practical. So accordingly
they behaved differently in the classroom.
Economic Condition
Financial situation has always been the reason or factor that affect student
learning. Some poor students fails to get enough education system in their life. On the other
side, rich student has always get good education system, facilities and study equipment’s.
This reason sometimes make people uneducated and less skilled.
1.2 Review the impact of different cognitive, physical and sensory
abilities on learning
Cognitive abilities
Cognitive abilities are belongs to brain based skills that
helps to build student mind more technically advanced. It influence
student analytical skills that helps to make efficient decision making
process. Cognitive skill also giving good results on students that enable
to think more creative and thoughtful. Basically, Cognitive abilities
support by specific neuronal networks. Such abilities came in the form
of analytical skill, reading abilities etc.
Physical abilities
Physical abilities are the most effective factor that affect
learning in positive or negative manner. Like Dynamic flexibility,
Dynamic Strength, Extent Flexibility etc. physically or mentally fit
people are more intelligent and stable students to learn things. In
Contrary, Disable student fails to adopt learning skills because of some
medical issues.
Sensory abilities
Sensory abilities are listening capabilities, deep
understanding, fit in physical terms, such students are mostly more
attentive and intelligent to adopt things. On the other hand, students
having hearing loss, vision loss cannot be able to learn new things.
Physical difficulty affect the student learning and future outcomes
which might be less productive as compare to other students.
2.1 Summarising policy regulators framework relating to inclusive practices
Equality Act
Under the Equality Act 2010 it is totally unlawful for any education
provider to discriminate people on grounds of age, sex, sex, disability, religion etc.
Every student has right to study and get admission in the educational institution. As
per this act it also divided into four sections Direct discrimination under which
people has been discriminated on the basis of favouritism. Indirect Discrimination,
when people are treated as the same way results in putting with a protected
characteristics at a disadvantage. Third one is Discrimination arising from disability,
under which physical disable people treated unfavourably. Last one is failure to
make reasonable adjustments. All’s such discrimination are prohibited for learning
provider.
Also, education institute will not able to degrade disable people in
terms of given facilities, learning practices at the place. UK laws strictly prepared
law for the people so that they can easily adopt inclusive learning practices. Between
age of 14 and 19 young people start thinking about their future goals.
14-19 curriculum and qualification reforms are exactly regulate such
system of learning and give authority to students to itself select their own career
opportunity.
2.2 Explaining how policy and regulatory framework influence company
policies relating to inclusive practice.
New policy and legal framework somehow influence organizational
policies relating to inclusive practice such framework are Staffing ratios,
compliant procedure, requirement for CPD and convenience, quality
assurance. Such as CRB procedure which is also known as student
screening procedure which is essential for the educational businesses.
According to this act every organization should need to check each and
every student in proper manner in order to adjust the things accordingly.
If organization found with such activities. It will be given very negative
impact on their reputation. Such as Quality Assurance is the most
important procedure which required for the companies to adopt. School or
other learning institution should have some quality assurance approaches
to assure student learning. Otherwise it would have been given huge
impact on the reputation. Other legal framework should also be
considered by the organizations in order to fulfil the student goals and
objectives.

Social Factors
Family Background
Every study has their own family background some of them having good
background where the ancestors was doctor, engineer, and philanthropist. So genetically, the
student also having the same qualities. Contrary, some other students belongs to non-
education background. So also they having less interest towards learning. This factor might
affect the inclusive learning.
Social Factors
Social class depends how much students belongs to middle, lower and upper
class families. This system affect the student learning and background due to which many of
the student suffer.
Cultural Factors
Religious Attitudes
Religious attitudes affect the student leaning due to having old thoughts. Such
as many of the families lives in villages or in backward area where the facilities of schools
learning is very less. So sometimes such factors has directly impact the student learning.
Multilingualism
This is the issue or factor that impact negatively on the student learning.
