INTRODUCTION
Teaching and learning depict the process that consider several variables and these variable
interact as the work of learners towards the achievement of goals and undertake new knowledge,
behaviour and skills that add towards the range of learning experience of individuals. Teaching
refers to the act, practices and profession of teacher which is the process that provide shape to
individual’s action and by which it leads to the new behaviour and capacity of an individual
(Ceballos López and Saiz Linares, 2017). The report leads to details about the inclusive practices
in teaching and learning that influence the person, there understanding and impact of policies and
regulatory frameworks on the inclusive practices. Along with this, it undertakes proper
evaluation of roles and responsibilities which are concerned with the inclusive practices and also
analyse how to create and maintain inclusive learning environment by having proper
understanding.
1.1 Impact of personal, social and cultural factors on learning
Learning means the process of gaining or understanding knowledge or skill by doing
activities, studying, practising, being taught or by experience. There are number of factors that
influences learning such as personal, social, cultural, cognitive, physical and sensory.
The factors impacting the process of learning are discussed in detail below: Personal:
Age, gender, interest, motivation, intelligence, aptitude, attitude, needs, fatigue and boredom
and emotional conditions are some of the personal factors that influences the learning among the
people. Interest of a child in different fields during the growing years changes accordingly and
stabilizes with one’s age (Gamaghelyan, 2017). Motivation plays a vital role in the processing of
learning as it develops a will in an individual to do something. Social:
Social factors such as peer pressure, educational background, financial situations, etc.
influences the learning process. Individual doing activities like drug consuming or bulling
impacts the learning abilities. Educational background of a person has a major impact on
learning as people from strong educational background learns faster and more efficiently than the
ones from poor educational background (Gilor and Katz, 2019).
Cultural:

Culture can either supports learning or be a barrier to an individual learning. Learners bought
up in an educational environment tends to learn fast as compared to the ones who are bought up
in the society that do not support education.
1.2 Impact of different cognitive, physical and sensory abilities on learning
Cognitive:
Cognitive factors include reading ability, analytical skills and visual awareness. Person with
good reading ability finds it easy to learn as compared to the ones who is not a good reader.
Analytical skills help an individual to understand and analyse the learning process easily (Goldan
and et. al, 2021). Learners with good visual learning skills tends to learn something more easily
as it helps to remember things clearly. Physical:
Being physically fit plays a major role in learning process as a physically fit individual is
able to attending and doing physical activities necessary for efficient learning. Individual with
physical disability finds difficulty in doing some tasks. For example, blind person may find
difficulty in reading and writing as one needs an equipment to learn. Sensory:
Sensory factors form the base of learning process as it grasps the information around us and
changes it into the data to enable us to understand. Good eyesight, hearing and smelling ability
boosts ones learning process. A well-developed brain is directly linked with strong learning
abilities.
2.1 Policy and regulatory frameworks relating to the inclusive practice
To ensure efficient learning there are number of policies and regulatory frameworks.
Equality Act 2010 is one of the regulatory framework that ensure that there is no discrimination
on the basis of gender, age, religious believers and disability. All individuals must be treated
equally irrespective of their status in the society (McLean, 2019). According to Disability Act
2010 pregnant mothers and people from different races must be treated equally and have equal
rights. Equality Act 2010 provides equal opportunities for education to all the people of all
gender, religion and those living with disability. This act also protects people from harassment or
indirect discrimination.
