Review the impact of personal, social and cultural factors on learning
Learning is a permanent change within knowledge and behaviour of an individual. It is essential
to manage the duration of change and structure of knowledge in behaviour of learner. Several
factors are there that influence the learning. Personal, Social and cultural factors that affect
learning are mentioned below –
Personal – These factors include age, gender and development of language. Learning is affected
by these factors. In context of young people, it is seen that they are having good grasping power.
On the other hand, old people do not have sharp memory(Altemueller 2017)
. That is why it is important to focus upon learning process. Women have strength in case of
humanities and language and on the other hand, men have more interest in technical knowledge.
In context of present university, learning practise is effectively managed by the tutor.
Social – The social factor which affect learning process is peer pressure. There are few students
in class who skip their class and indulge into drugs. There are few learners who are involved into
drugs and this is essential for teacher to manage the working in order to have
Cultural – This affects how learners are linking up with the cultural factors and environment. In a
university, there are different people coming from various backgrounds. For a tutor, it is
responsibility to provide different meanings to the similar lesson. This helps in creating a good
and positive culture. There are some learners who are not permitted for eating non vegetarian
food. In present university, it is concluded that permitting to follow culture is important. People
are not allowed to eat meat during the lectures.

According to the cognitive theory, COGNITIVE- It affects a person's learning ability, those who
grasp very little in a classroom setting are more likely to have behavioural and attitudinal
problems. For a person who has cognitive ability adapts behaviours(Chakraborty 2020) . For the
learner to understand things properly the tutor needs to provide real world situations to develop
the learner's skills. These skills include concentration, perception, memory and logical thinking.
The perception in an individual’s mind reflects his/her past experiences. Perception is the
interpretation of what an individual sense.

PHYSICAL- Issues raised in physical ability might be the result of injury or disease. It becomes
really hard for an individual to understand things easily due to the inability to make any
progress , very low self esteem, and very little will power to deal with the challenges in the
environment. It is very important for the tutor to make the learning environment suitable for the
learner.
SENSORY- Every individual requires the basic needs which includes sensory processing. But
those who face sensory difficulties and therefore the tutor needs to provide assistance for learners
facing such difficulties(Edwards, 2019) . For a learner facing visual difficulties should be
provided verbal instructions for better understanding

There are various laws within education sector which are used for implementing smooth
functioning of operations. In context of the present university, it is concluded that there are some
regulations provided by government that have to be followed.
As per the law, it is unlawful for the education institution that they must not appreciate
discrimination. There must be no discrimination within university on the basis of disability, sex,
gender, access to services, etc. As per the prohibitions of 2010, it is analysed that legal
prohibitions of discrimination are found for managing the implementation of teaching rules.

Explain how policy and regulatory frameworks influence organisational policies relating to
inclusive practice
There are national as well as regulatory frameworks which are main aspects affecting
organisational policies. It is important for the university for observing guidelines and practices
related to inclusivity. There are standards set for inclusivity in university and some laws are
maintained in order to manage the functioning smoothly(Epstein 2020. There must be no
discrimination on the basis of gender, sex, religion at the university premises. There are
regulatory and policy frameworks which are serving as main guideline for conducting different
individual inclusivity. Regulatory frameworks serves as one of the main principles for the

conduct of any organisation. The individual practises in their place work because of the existing
policies and regulations. The individual before taking any critical decision needs to know the
aspect of absoluteness, if not the person does not follow the policy then the individual would be
held responsible. Any changes in the policies and regulations in the organisation must be
communicated with all the employees in the company so that no individual does something
against the policies of the organisation. All the staff in an organisation must be treated fairly and
equally.

In context of teaching profession, it is important to assess and deliver lessons properly. There are
different fellow teachers who have shared their experience in managing different students. There
is responsibility for teachers to support and help their students in order to manage the work. I
have been organising various workshops and meetings in order to provide students actual
implementation of different university lessons) (Fulghesu 2020. There is interdependence on
other colleagues so that it is easy to manage the working processes effectively. There are new
legislations used within university to provide equality and diversity at college premises. There is
need to communicate effectively for managing the learning process easily. there is need to
manage the learning process for students as it will help to enhance the skills properly. Policies
and frameworks are used within university for managing the learning process. It ensures
practising inclusion and fairness among students and other professionals. It is effective for the
management to ensure that inclusivity values are followed and adopted efficiently. According to
the General Data Protection Regulation, it is concluded that practising inclusivity is essential.
There is need to indulge all these aspects properly for managing portfolio evidence in efficient
manner.

Role and responsibilities: As per my role, I plan and prepare appropriate courses and
lectures for students in respect to promoting student's intrinsic motivation by providing
meaningful and progressively challenging learning experience which involves the manner
that helps them in self- exploration, questioning, ,making choices, setting goals, planning

and organising, implementing, self evaluating and demonstrating the initiative in task and
projects. As I engaged various students in creative thinking manner that integrates the
interdisciplinary having owning factor of learning experience. The major responsibility I
am following since a long time to participate in partnership with other colleagues of the
college community to support the various students in their learning and also in college
related activities and also demonstrating their skills and sense of knowledge to perform
teaching or other responsibilities that includes good work habits, reliability, punctuality
and also it follows the major commitments.
Relationship between role and responsibilities of other profession : As per my role, I conduct
class activities report that should be prepare for each and every lecture and it placed in the
adequate frame work (Hemingway, Armstrong, 2016). As in the one week of exam its copy of
the report card will be submitted to main office as before the end of the semester examination.
On the other side, in food industry the individual should take their cookery classes for their
growth in such sector. As they should follow the correct phase of information that will be use in
managing their skills and abilities in a frequent way. For getting best in their field of area the
individual should also advised to concentrate on essential ways for their development in an
effective way.
Individual learning needs : I believe that students will learn fast when there is a challenges to
follow their skills and abilities. It is important to identifying the needs of the students and try to
get meet their demand and wants of every individual without any favouritism. As when the
teacher identifies student's weakness and applies them to measure it and overcome them in a
positive way. It ensures the various challenges that usually undergoing in the process of
understanding the manner and their ability or skills and sense of knowledge(Metzger, Taggart,
2020). I have experienced a lot of things with a certain manner that has a particular set of skills
or endowment. It also facilitate it to identify the basic subjective content that feels the
development and growth in the manner of prescribed instructions in a significant way that assist
it in a frequent manner to understand the educational concept in the course of line. If a students
will feels supported and motivated by their teacher or other staff faculty member, then the losing
of interest will disparity to the corner and the growth and development of the student will
enhance his skills and abilities. As once the teacher determines the issues and problems of
students then it will help them and provides the necessary support and motivation to develop

abilities or sense of knowledge and motivate them to grow it in a positive way. As l ike the each
and every students it determines their potential that is affected by the attributes of their manner
of direction and the learning experiences provided in the positive way.

accomplish their potential learnings. This approach ensure that different students must meet their
need and preference of learning(Moriña, 2017). It involves not discriminate any students

Through this approach student can learn in a more effective way. Children can also
participate in educational seminars. All the students will get benefits of collaboration and
cooperation in their community or schools. This create an opportunity to develop bonding with
each other. It increases parent’s engagement in education sector. Inclusive learning develops

Equality and value diversity is a way of encourage and accepting differences within
people. It is important for both teachers and students(Nieves, 2020). There are many ways

equally to all the staff and students.
Optimum utilisation of resources through multicultural theme.
Reflection of diversity in the lessons of the students.

in a statistical way as on the basis of students. As these test are essential to deal with the

students. I have analysed a formal or standardized measures that should be used to assess
the total procedure of achievement in case of students.
Discussions with colleagues : I have also discussed the quora with other colleagues in college
that relates to students and their education to accomplish their goals(Towl, Hemphill, 2020). As
the discussion pointed to the enlisted points that provide the kind of standardized techniques and
methods that will help them while guiding to students.
Open to improving own skills and understanding : As there are the opinion on the basis of
teaching and training of students in a perfect manner. By improving own skills and

per their sort of information that applies by them in a adequate manner. As it is the procedure
