Following the above mentioned action plan will successfully help me to develop various
skills. It is necessary that I keep working on these skills continuously. These skills are will help
me positively to understand the importance of inclusive learning and also be a apart of inclusive
practice in an organisation.
Feedback
Effective use of feedbacks from students can be used in order to understand the effects of
inclusive learning in the course. This feedback can be generated formally and informally.
Informally they can talk to students after classes and discuss their learning. Also in order to
formally receive the feedback and evaluate student tests are conducted during classes in order to
understand the effectiveness of inclusive practice.
Peer evaluation
It is necessary to take feedbacks from peers and colleagues as well. It is a great way as it
will bring in professional point of view for making changes in and evaluating the inclusive
practice. There are a number of colleagues who are already using this practice. Some of the
advice and their way of including inclusive practice can be used and taken advantage of.
