development company it has been noticed that it is a software development company which is
situated in Melbourne. The mentioned company has expressed their interest towards
developing such application which holds the capability to intact the social media platform
with the organizational structure. Followed by this approach it has also mentioned that the
purpose behind the incorporation of such application into the organizational structure holds a
significant impact on the services of the organization as this will help the organization to
gather more customer information. Thus, by analysing the customer data the organization will
be able to deliver more customize services to their client and this will also help the
organization to engage more customers towards their services. Thus, as a business consultant
it has been decided that the approached application will hold the capability to expand the
business structure of Ember Software Development Company. Followed by the aspect a
social media page will be developed for the respected organization. Along with that an
application will be developed with the basis of the organizational aspects and will consist a
detail elaboration on their offered services as well (Erz, Marder and Osadchaya 2018). A
company will post their advertisements on the social media platform and when the users will
share those post with hashtags the application will register the detail of those users via which
the company will be able to utilize their information for better customer relation management
plans in order to enhance the customer engagement (Vadehra et al., 2017).

The rationale behind this project is to allow the company to expand their business by
