ILT 1
Verbal communication is a form of communication that takes place orally and here the
message is passed through words. It involves the words of the sender along with his /her
feelings, ideas, opinions and thoughts. Verbal communications can take the form of
conversations, speeches, discussions, and presentations (Brook and Servátka, 2016).
For me, verbal communication is the most challenging one because I lack in communication
skills. Verbal communications take place face to face and for this reason, the speaker must
take care of several things such as the tone, volume, body language, clarity, and the words, I
find this form of communication challenging because I am scared of my low vocabulary
skills which may land me in an odd situation.
ILT 2
1. I find that non-verbal communication is much easier for me than a verbal one and this
is because I find verbal communication more challenging than nonverbal ones. In
nonverbal communication, I am not involving myself in direct communication form
and so here I cannot receive the feedback of the listener immediately and this feature
of non-verbal communication attracts me towards it. Here I am, not liable for my
speaking ability and because of my low vocabulary skills I can easily escape this
issue. As you mentioned the non-verbal form of communication hides emotions and
this is for me does not matter because I think that my written words can express my
emotions towards the readers.
2. I totally agree with the point that graphic communication may be difficult ones
however with the right choice of graphics the sender can send his/her message toward
the readers. I find this form of communication interesting one because I think that I
can play with the graphics here and this involvement of graphics makes the content
more colorful and interesting (Lin et al., 2017). I think that graphics usage in a
feasible way has the capability of sending the hidden message of the graphics straight
towards the targeted audience of the graphics. Hence, I agree with the fact that
graphics can reduce the usage of words, rather by using graphics only, one image can
send a clear message to the audiences.

Uncertainty mainly shows the evolution of certain situations that are unavoidable ones.
Uncertainty can evolve in any circumstances and for this reason, several theories are
designed to forecast the probable uncertainties. Uncertainty mainly causes due to lack of
proper information (Kinkeldey et al., 2017). In order to beat the evolution of uncertainty
strategic approach is implemented by individuals because this strategic approach helps to
reduce the effect of uncertainty, however, it cannot eliminate it. Uncertainty involves
probability chances it may or may not occurs but the chance is always there.
Uncertainty can heavily influence the critical thinking process of the individuals and due
to this individual can choose the ones where uncertainty level is low. Thus, the choice is
impacted due to uncertainty. Due to uncertainty certain things are influenced and these
are:
Urge to know the values and goals of the critical thinking process
Considering less risk given the most feasible ones
Reducing the decisions time horizons
Avoiding probable risks
Considering other options
In ethical thinking to uncertainty affects, for instance whenever moral decisions are
considered certainty concerns are not considered and this gives the rise of uncertainty issues
(Hillier, 2016). The ethical decision always faces challenges whenever uncertainty evolves,
however, these decisions must be taken for the wellbeing of the individuals. Thus, while
considering the ethical thinking process sone must proper knowledge have to be gathered
because this knowledge can only reduce the evolution of uncertainties.
Uncertainty linked if is very high then it may hamper both the critical and ethical thinking
process, the main issue will be evolving from the aspects of choosing from feasible sets of
alternatives.
