WorkingindividuallyMonitoring theindividualassessments helps ateacher to identifythe areas ofimprovement andemerging concerns(Richards andRodgers 2014). Ibelieve that theindividual workprocess is quitehelpful for us torecognize the self-potentiality forperforming anyactivity. I believethat this individualassessment helps astudent to pay focuson a specific task. It is to be consideredthat the individualassessment is quitebeneficial for thebetterment ofstudents’performance. However, the majorlimitations are foundin the progress ofteamwork. Theindividualassessment does nottake theparticipations infacilitating thecollaborative work, which has the betterproductivity. In someof the cases, thestudents may feelisolated or helplesswhile completing theassignment sincethey do not receivethe supports from theothers. On the otherhand, thecollaborative workhelps in introducingthe unique ideas andsharing experiencesConsidering theexperts’ advice, itcan be implied thateach studentpossesses theindividualrequirement differentto others. Theyusually prefer theunique style andpattern of theirstudies. Theindividual workassessment thushelps in makingthese students moreconfident and self-dependent. I evenfeel that this processis quite helpful instrengthening theanalytical power ofthe students thatwould be effectiveenough for the futureas well.
