To determine various challenges faced by students in online classes in context with communication barriers
The rising demand of e-commerce platforms for purpose of educating students have taken pace quickly due to recent pandemic situation. COVID-19 made online classes a new normal
for student’s life but also became a challenge for them to adapt the new environment. In context with Business United, some of the barriers faced by students were low Wi-Fi
connectivity issue which made teachers & students face problem of fast uploading of documents or connecting properly during classes. Also it is not necessary that every student enjoy
the online exposure getting bored easily creating an emotional barrier. Not getting one-to-one communication to interact with their peers may lead students feel isolated while studying.
