impact on business. Furthermore, study will explain that central of communication to leadership
and management as well as interdepartmental within the organization.

Bear follow functional structure for building effectiveness and efficiency of business. In this
context, there are many functions such as management, marketing, financing, human resource,

It is also major function in which includes planning for acquiring and controlling funds of
Golden Bear. Therefore, finance manager plan for long and short term financial needs, marketing
