organization operates in the travel and tourism industries, and provides customers with different
kinds of products and services. It is a British multinational travel company which was founded in
1841 and its creator is Thomas Cook. This report will include style of management data, and
different managerial principles or functions. Different steps are evaluated for organizational
structure to attain superior efficiency. Conflict is studied in various leadership models that are
perceived by organizations to maximize market performance along with the influence of control.
Besides that there are other forms of inspiration to be decided.
