Management style can be describe as the approach which is consider by manager of
company in order to influence and motivate employee. This will majorly affect on performance
as well as capability of staff members. It is crucial for company to consider effective and

Gigliotti, 2016). Chosen company for conducting this report is Thomas Cook. This company is
dealing in is and conducting its business activities in travel and tourism sector. Respective
organisation is providing different types of products and services and administration to its
customers. Thomas Cook is established in year 1841 and it is a British company which is
providing its products and services to its customers. This company is providing its products and
services to all around the world. In this report style of management along with different principle
or functions of management are determine. This report will include information regarding
organisational structure for attaining higher performance and organisation culture impact on
employee is analysed. Leadership style which is consider by CEO of company is analysed as
well as effect of power, conflicts on business activities. In this different motivational approaches

company to perform business activities through democratic management style as this will have
major positive impact on business.

Democratic management style – This management approaches is consider as the
effective and suitable supervision style which will strengthen staff members of company
as well as providing them correct and accurate direction for accomplishment of business.

is thinking about staff member participation in dynamic procedure of business. For
