expanding. Business style control can contribute to increased results and team member skills for
meeting objectives. This project report is based on a company that is Thomas Cook. This
organization operates in the travel and tourism industries, and provides customers with different
kinds of products and services. It is a British multinational travel company which was founded in
1841 and its creator is Thomas Cook. This report will include style of management data, and
different managerial principles or functions. Different steps are evaluated for organizational
structure to attain superior efficiency. Conflict is studied in various leadership models that are
perceived by organizations to maximize market performance along with the influence of control.
Besides that there are other forms of inspiration to be decided.

by the CEO?
The style of management can be defined as the type or method companies choose to conduct
their business operations. There are many styles of management that are considered by the
organization in needed to execute organizational tasks accordingly to accomplish business
goals. Understanding appropriate management style and carrying out business activities
appropriately is essential to the CEO of THOMAS COOK company. The main management
style encompasses autocratic, progressive, participatory and many others. The CEO of
THOMAS COOK calls the cooperative style of management for corporate activities.
Democratic model of leadership is one of the most successful styles of management that can
help and direct staff in a suitable manner. By following this management technique, the
CEO of the relevant organization is able to take specific decisions and better develop
