the act which will bring change and innovation in the business through which an organization can gain
competitive advantage and generate higher revenues.
Effective leadership skills and the ability to execute companies vision and creating a culture for that
organization to meet the planned vision. Leadership refers to creating planning securing resources and
looking out for improving errors.
