A process of social influence and motivating the group of people by filling the needs and wants of
employees is considered as leadership.The manager and leader is a person who motivate the
employees for getting the work done and provide them training so they can manage the
organizational performance and profitability. This presentation is based on Richard Branson who
is a successful business leader. This person is playing an important role and function which make
different from others. This report conclude leadership style and role of leader which are playing in
organization effectively.
Introduction

Personal life and Career
Sir Richard Charles Nicholas Branson was born July 18th, 1950 who is a English business
magnate, investor, author and philanthropist. The Virgin Group was founded by this person
in 1970s, who control more than 400 companies in various fields. The first business venture
at the age of 16, was a magazine called student. A mail order record business was set up by
such person. In 2004, founded space flight corporation Virgin Galactic, based on Mojave
Air and Space Port.
