Introduction
Career plan refers to a strategy which include
identification of skills as well as interest of an individual
for setting career goals and put efforts in that direction to
attain these goals. Career plan provide an overview of
their current position of skills and experience. It also
helps to identify career goals to a person and create
interest to a person. This plan includes short term as well
as long term plan of a person and also include action an
which guide them for attainment of these goals.

Description of professional field
Professional field refers to an occupation for which a person needs
academic degree as well as registration of eligible for employment
in occupation. There are various professional field available for an
individual which they choose as person their interest and
capabilities. I have chosen marketing as professional field as there
are various position in this field including marketing manager,
marketing assistance, marketing executive.
