INTRODUCTION
In modern world higher education plays a significant role for the development of
Sustainable economy which is increases year by year. For this higher education put emphasis on
the knowledge and its application as it makes great contribution towards the development of
economy and growth and also Foster innovation with the help of higher skills. Education is
useful in providing competitive edge in the development of career (Moore and Morton, 2017).
This report is going to cover the knowledge of learning Strategies and techniques which is used
for improving memory retention and understanding about how people learn and also describe the
prominent ways to overcome the challenges which students face.
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Cottrell S. 2017, higher education and skills useful in developing and creating
many opportunities for an individual as it is useful in developing knowledge about economy,
health, civic involvement, personal development, and better communication, great sense of
discipline and sense of accomplishment. Moreover higher education is useful in providing and
developing link between the intellectual in educational role of universities and also develop
society on the other side. Developing skills define the key factors of higher living standards and
well being which helps in investing in knowledge and enabling its diffusion which is the key to
develop Highway reemployment and improve growth and productivity. In terms of this stress
hormone and cortisol leads to enhance during the time of teenage that leads to lose their
education and learning experience as well. Moreover students also focus on several challenges at
the specific stressful time as it analyse the proper ends of the level of students with the
universities in United Kingdom which increase because of their stress level. In terms of this
continuous and daily survey is organised concerning the current situation and tension in their
mind by which they feel exhausted and research is conducted on the frequent basis concerning
their cortisol level. Considering this it is analysed that many students approximately 69%
experience and face decrease in their result.
In terms of this two significant categories are developed to treat the pressure level of
students. For this people who feel that the proper knowledge and learning can enhance their
mental ability early to face failure on the temporary basis. Along with this individual who
claimed that learning is predetermined and attains highest level of cortisol in their hire skills and

education. In terms of this the researchers responded by saying that stress occurs to inhibits the
critical thinking and versatility. Moreover the memory retention is the most significant and
possible way by which individuals can recall and maintained their learning and memories that
depends on their thought process to determine the things and hold information for longer period
of time (Barr, 2016). In terms of this the researchers analyse that the learner’s associative
memory time period is of approximately 2 minutes. Therefore all of the prominent discussion
carries forward in the context of students and for daily collection of memories that are mentioned
in below paragraph.
In terms of this most of the teenagers face distress level and game positive learning with
their experience by which they are slightly accountable. In relation with this society study of
2013 describe that approximately 65% students feel depression and anxiety during their study
time. Apart from this students try to balance their college life relative’s part time jobs and many
more and also wonder about their future and for this they try to manage all the challenges that
makes them exhausted and annoyed.
Few challenges faced by students
Time management: It is determined as one of the most prominent problem and issue that
are faced by students while taking admission in the university and reason for this is they collide
their college life with their school life but somehow it is quite opposite. In terms of this in the
college life students must perform various tasks at the same time in relation with various subjects
and despite from this they need to manage their time as well in equal manner (Bartimote-
Aufflick and et. al., 2016). For instance many of the students attend 15 carat semester by which
they try to game up to 18 or even 21 credits that becomes impossible to stay on the top at all.
Anti-social: Most of the students live away from their home regarding their studies and
become antisocial after sometime. In terms of this they will take more time to build relations
with their family members and relatives because they are happier in their own world that is
surrounded with their friends, flat mates and their own thoughts. Along with this they spend most
of the time that leaves to build daunting and disagreements.
Homesickness: It defect that students who stay away from their home concerning their
learning and knowledge please to have homesickness. In modern world they time arise in every
student’s life and which they need to go to some other place concerning their study and work
(Jääskelä, Nykänen and Tynjälä, 2018). Specifically at sometime students who went School that

is approximately 3 hours in which day stay away from their home and in their college life they
face many complexities as mostly in the first year regarding staying away from their homes.
Strategies to overcome these challenges
 In order to overcome the problems and challenges students need to take proper
counseling from the councilors and some of them need professional help also that are
present in their colleges and Universities as it is considered as the prominent way by
which they can eliminate and remove their stress and tension that leads to manage their
personal and calls life as well (Paulsen and Perna, 2016).
 In relation with this by giving and having life advice is quite difficult due to this many
individuals have their own approaches that might confuse them. In terms of this setup
easy contract concerning their prominent expectations from the beginning. Such as if
students are take break from their relations then it is essential for them to take counseling
concerning their progress and peace of mind.
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
By analyzing the preceding discussion it is determined that anxiety and stress both can
become major issue in the life of student and for this most of the people need to spread
awareness consulting this prominent topic as it is significant like what stress can do and what are
its side effects. In terms of this the awareness is spread by the family member’s teacher’s
governments and other individuals in order to save students life. Moreover for this work based
approach is useful for most of the students to manage their things on stipulated period of time
like studies and family on prominent way (Wibrowski, Matthews and Kitsantas, 2017). Mostly
there are two ways by which students can overcome considering their confidence and stress as
both of these factors are useful in offering better future to them. In relation with this without
proper interest and confidence stress and anxiety can easily developed in the mind of students
and it is removed by proper counseling and with the help of family support by having proper
communication. Because of this it becomes quite easier for students to reduce their stress level at
the time of working and also spend some time in college and Universities to develop their
knowledge and learning.
Along with this it is more clearly discussed that students need to take proper decisions
concerning their feelings which confuse them and leads to develop depression for this
overcoming factors are useful to acquire good position and for their career betterment. In relation

with the prominent factors make students more competent and capable enough to deal with their
own issues that are good for their survival in dynamic business. In terms of this they need to be
more self determined regarding their ongoing process.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In present context with the help of above discussion it is recommended to students that they
need to attend all the lectures of their classroom while going through with their studies and also
try their level best to maintain a balance among their skills and studies in order to get prominent
result. For this few recommendations are given that are discussed underneath:
 Students can create a quality workforce with the help of Higher Education as it provides
them an opportunity to achieve success in global economy. In present context universities
offer various programs to the students with the purpose of preparing them for various
economic sectors in order to achieve progress in their career.
 Students need to keep pace with prominent changes that take place in the international
economy and the changes in the innovation process. For this universities need to promote
lifelong learning by offering opportunities to involve and attract professionals into
training and professional development.
 Moreover countries need to decide mandatory knowledge and skills at the service of the
society in order to create a better world.
CONCLUSION
From the preceding information it is summarised that students who currently entered into a
University must maintain communication with their instincts and family while attending the
classes. As with this help it becomes easy for them to reduce the stress level in an effective
manner at the shorter period of time. Moreover it is also important for students to effectively
avoid cramming and always try again and again to attain better results with the help of using
visualise reports. They also recall with the help of the piece of paper as they have read in order to
enhance their memory retention process of their own mind.
