Introduction
Recruitment and selection relates to the process which is performed by human resource
management of a company in order to hire appropriate candidate for a specific job. In
an company, this is one of the major function formulated by human resource
management where they recruit and select the new candidates on the basis of there
potential.

Description of Business
The chosen company is for completing this presentation is ABC services Pvt. Limited
which deals in “Commercial cleaning services”, which is a small scale business
having a total strength of 10 employees. This company performs services related to
cleaning offices, events, Pubs and restaurants, and along with that it provides many
more commercial services. The chosen company is setup at Yorkshire and The
Humber.

Management theory
Management theories relates to several concepts and theories which are performed by
management of a concerned organisation to improve functions in an organisation.
Management theories helps in development of frameworks and guidelines which
are essential to run a business in an economy.

Process of recruitment
There are different type of recruitment and selection processes, which are essential for
the cleaning industry in order to find out effective and appropriate workers. The
main process which are performed by the human resource department of ABC
services pvt Ltd. to hire different candidates is very effective.

Personality theory
Personality theories are various practices which are used by management in order to
develop personalities of employees. The examples of personality theories which are
often used by organisations are Psychodynamic theory, Humanist theory and
Trait theory.

Legislation consult
For completing this business presentation, the ABC services company is following
Annual Leave Act 1973, which is actually applicable for leaves taken by an employee
during a particular year.

Conclusion
