INTRODUCTION Group Presentation is very crucial for any person because it helps individual to learn different things within the short period of time and even it gives the idea to enhance the knowledge which can crucial for future period of time. In context of the file, there will be additional discussion that how work is needed to be done within the group and even Kolb's Learning Cycle will be considered in this respective file. MAIN BODY Kolb's Learning Cycle It is one of the learning model which was introduced by David Kolb in the year 1984. The main motive of the this respective theory is to transform the experience among the other group member so that their skills can be improved for attaining future goals. There are four different stages in it and they areconcrete Experience, Reflective Observation, Abstract Conceptualisation and Active Experimentation. Different group were formed where we required to conduct the project while is related with the role and responsibility of HR manager at the time of recruitment. It was one of the project which was completely new where we had a opportunity to learn number of new things within the short period of time.There were number of students in the group which could be helpful for learning new things. Roles and responsibilities were needed to be divided among the group member. This was quite tough task but we had managed to divide it equally so that no one will be discriminated it. After dividing the role, it was tough task to keep doing observation on for the role of HR. I had been given the responsibility to collect all of the relevant information using different online sites. The balance of the team was not so good because this was one of the project were we are totally new and it was not easy to complete every single work in systematic manner. The group formation process was not easy because we were completely new due to which it was one of the difficult task to decide that what is right and what is wrong. Although, formation of group was not so good for us but still once we group member joined the group, it was easy task for us to complete any of the work as we all were very dedicated towards the work. Different students were given different role but it was difficult task as we were needed to determine the knowledge and skill of every single person who are the part of group.
As, I was the one who is needed to collect all of the relevant information from social media so it necessary for me to understand that what can be the main role of HR the time of recruitment. For the purpose of conducting the project, it was necessary for my group to do some of the practical work and because of that we thought that visiting to different offices will be the crucial for accomplishing the target. We were focusing on target very well but the asch effect was creating lots of problem us because it was not letting us to do the work which we were willing to do at the time of doing project. After analysing each and every factor now we are in the stage were we needed to do analysis on the topic that how any of the work is needed to do so that chances of obtaining the better result can be increased in a significant manner. Now, we were in the stage from which we just need to apply our targets as per the role given to me. It is crucial that every single work is needed to be done in a systematic manner. In the initial stage, I we were having the concept that our team was not that fit which means our team was under the stage of pseudo team were we all not able to decide that what can be done so that target can be accomplished but there are some of the situation which changes whole of the circumstances which directly help to accomplish the target within the given time period. Slowly, we started to understand the concept that what can be the suitable thing for us so that can complete the project which is related with the role of HR at the time of recruitment. In the ending stage, we started to believe on our-self due to which it was an easy task for everyone of up to perform our roles and responsibility. At this stage, our team was ready to be called as a real team were team efforts are much crucial for attaining the goal. As, I was the one who has been given the responsibility to do every singlework relatedto researchwhich meansin some sort I hadbeen giventhe responsibility to handle the team so that target can be accomplished. At the end, we came to know that HR has to check whether candidate have the skill or not, what are their qualification and past experience at the time of hiring any of the new candidate.

CONCLUSION From the above file, it can be understood that group work is very crucial because it guides that how any of the work is needed to be done. Kolb’s learning theory can help the individual to perform better were they will be guided that how they are required to grow themselves at the time of doing project.
