INTRODUCTIONSummaryOn the basis of the presentation, this can be summarised that the leadership is a major andvery effective reason for the growth of the individual. A good and efficient leadership will helpthe individuals to carry out the business operations and action plans in much suitable andeffective way. This will help the individuals to carry out the operations in much effective way.Besides this, it supports a good development of the human relationship. A good leadership orguidance will help the firm or an individual to face out its various challenges that are beenfollowed within an organisation (Gong, Li and Chen, 2018). The absence or lack of effective andefficient leaders leads to unethical activities and misleads the team members, that can cause theinternal conflicts and impacts overall performance of the individual. An efficient leader likeNelson Mandela possess certain qualities which helps them to lead numerous people. The traitslike motivating people, stimulation and consideration of the condition and effective participationof the work force. The traits or qualities like a good communication, motivation, trustworthinessand delegation of responsibility is the major factor that is been taken in consideration by a leaderlike Mr. Mandela, making them successful and well accepted leader.A good communication will motivate the people to have a good control over theoperations and actions. Besides this, besides this the positive communication will support a gooddevelopment of a trust factor within the people who are associated with a leader. This will helpthe proper delegation of the roles and responsibilities in much effective and significant manner.This supports the proper management of business activities and operations in much suitable andeffective manner. This will help an individual like Nelson Mandela to raise above others to guidethem. Other than this, it will help the person to get the suitable ideas about their functions andoperations that are been performed by them. A good and effective leadership helps the individualto reduce the conflict among the team, reduce the cultural indifferences and misunderstandingsand establish the ethical considerations in much effective way (Frankel and PGCMS, 2018). Agood leader like Mr. Mandela will look after bringing the people together from various culturaland ethical and operational backgrounds. It assists in proper grouping or team building and thus,involves a proper assessment of their leadership quality.
