INTRODUCTION
Reflection is very important task to a learner in market place, because it gives
opportunity to a learner for learning many new things with the support of past activities.
Basically, reflection is very important way for developing own skills, abilities and knowledge.
Currently many learners from across the world conducts the task to reflection for reflecting on
their past or experiences for the new learnings. An effective reflection has been included below
which has based on the learning which the learner has gained by completing a presentation on
the topic of ‘introduction to business environment’. The learner was chosen Samsung company
for preparing its presentation.
MAIN BODY
Reflection
Currently there are many productive models of reflection simply available in market
place which I can use for reflecting on the process of presentation preparation, like; Kolb’s
reflective model, Gibb’s model of reflection, in which I have used Gibbs model of reflection
below for the purpose of reflection.
Gibbs Reflective Model
It is a very innovative model of reflection that is used by many people in across the world
for the purpose of reflection, that is why I also have chosen this model (Kim and et.al., 2017).
This model was first introduced by Graham Gibbs in 1988 which discusses six key stages of
reflection, called; Description, Evaluation, Analysis, Feelings, Action plan and Conclusion, in
which these all six stages has been used below for the reflection.
Description
Recently I have prepared a presentation on the topic of “introduction to the business
environment”, and after completing this presentation, I have learnt many new things with the
support of content of this presentation work. I have used different resources for collecting
various appropriate data and information for preparing an excellent presentation on the selected
