The issue faced by respective company is Conflict, in firm there are various kinds of employees are working with different style. When any misunderstanding incurs among staff that can leads towards conflicts within organisation (Rahim, 2017). This impact their work environment and productivity of the company. Individual reflection Working in a team is usually considered to know the willingness of a team to perform together to attain a common objectives (Weller, Boyd and Cumin, 2014). Also, I experienced that there are various benefits as well as challenges for working in a team are mentioned below: ï‚·As I worked in a team so it helps me to enhance collaboration and permit brain storming. Due to this I can able to develop more creative ideas and improve productivity. ï‚·Team work needs various meetings and these meetings are sometime do not organised well then many times I divert from topic or aim and I can not able to perform effectively. As to work in a team I have to develop few skills effectively so that I can able to perform appropriately into the group and attain the respective firm objectives. Some skills are decision making and communication skills. As both are essential to work in a team because it is important to communicate and make decision effectually with their member so that they can understand you and work properly.
