INTRODUCTION
Business is the method through which all the profession, trading and occupations for
various profitable markets in order to gain goods and services are being made. In order to run a
business it is important to frame a proper management (Bisen,2020). For all the business
practises it is important to maintain the equal treatment and fair working environment for
employees. Management of business is mainly the motivation, controlling, planning and also
implementing the financial with all the information resources of the organisation so that the goals
can be achieved in an efficient manner. All the business is being carried out by the managers
who used to have certain roles and functions through which the companies are being managed.
The organisation chosen for this report is Sports Direct it is a retail sportswear which is being
founded in 1982, United Kingdom. This report will cover the recruitment and human resource
implications for the sports direct company in further will also cover the issue relating to gender
pay gap and the unfair treatment between the individuals.
Problem 1
Issue 1: Recruitments and the human resource implications
According to Tom Haak (2021), Sports Direct Company has various problems in order to
retain and also to maintain the attracting workforce, so the human resource will help out to
overcome the issues that are being faced by the company so that mere growth can be possible
they are as follows:
Providing rewards and incentives: As to motivate all the employees who are being working in
the Sports Direct it is important for the managers to maintain some rewards and incentive
programs for all the workers who used to work well and effectively try to enhance and gain the
goals and objectives of the company(Miftakho and et. al., 2017). This will keep the employees
motivated and make them to work harder. As every person used to work with a motive to get an
only profit that has been raised through all the means and methods and also through which they
can feel secure in the company. The employees have the efficiency to work in a better way and
