INTRODUCTION Organizational communication is defined as the channels and forms of communication that occur within organizations, such as corporations, non-profits, and governmental bodies. It includes both communications within an organization and public-facing communications. This report focus on different areas of communication such as general theories of communication applicable in a company. The barriers of communication in learning English UK and the strategies by organization to overcome them. This report highlights the difficulties the learner faces while learning English with assessing the purpose behind it. It is important that management of the company looks after these issues and help them to overcome them so that they can perform as per the expectations of the company (Barbour, Gill and Barge, 2018). General theories of organizational communication Critical Theory- This theory works on the approach of the conflict that is naturally stated. Employees in the company tend to ignore the managers and departments that are under it so that they can compete on another level instead of looking for the budget and wasting their time by getting influenced. Higher level of management in the organization needs to keep attention on the aspect of motivation so that employees in the company do not feel under motivated as because of that they can lose the level of productivity. This theory focus on removing the level of conflict, reducing problem between different groups and focus on boosting their morale so that they can attain the goal. Information Theory- This theory is concerned with the level of speed in which information travels with some of the mistakes. It is important that the company is able to fix their messages sent to clients so that they cannot be altered or changed by anyone. The management of the company needs to look after the fact that the chain of communication made is accurate. The company has to keep an eye on both the recipient and the sender. Post Positive Theory-
If any company has order enabled in their structure then that means that they will use the theory of post positive communication. This theory works on assumption that the order enabled flows naturally so that they can reduce the level of conflict, misunderstanding between any employees and any occurrence which might be considered as not acceptable by them. The approach of this theory works under the mechanism that the messages that are designed are the ones that people must follow the rules and work jointly so that the flow of work can be maintained in order. Groupware Theory- This theory states that any old method can be easily changed or replaced with the help of new technological advanced methods. The process of communication has become so fast that with the help of computer and mobiles they can connect with anyone whenever they want. This helps the management to get information before the deadline. For instance meeting involves communication and anything can be passed on easily as a rumor. Even true information flow at a rapid pace in this form of communication which leaves no time in the hands of the company to pass on the information directly to their stakeholders. But many of the people that are of similar culture works together which makes it difficult to avoid or overcome the factors that are cultural. Factor of Motivation- It is clear that many of the people struggle to learn a new or different language and sometimes the reason for that is due to lack of motivation. If they are motivated enough they will remain clear to their goal and will not give up until they have achieved. Other than this it is believed that attitude of the individual also plays a major role as if their attitude is down to earth and not reckless then they will focus on it until they have learned it perfectly.

Factor of anxiety- Language anxiety is another factor which is different yet creates an impact on the learner. As many of the people are not comfortable with learning and speaking a language which is different than their home language. This creates anxiety or fear in their mind which limits their growth to learn another foreign language. Lack of clear objectives- Learning do not means anything but it evolves one’s personality and their behavior. It is important that individual have one clear and precise goal in their mind which they will pursue before anything. If they do not vision have this in their mind then they won’t be able to finish what they started and with this they will have to fight another barriers. It is in the hands of tutor to make them understand or assess their condition so that they can help them to overcome this. The process of learning relies on the approach that is totally systematic which focuses on conceiving the goal, selecting the material, delivering the target as this will help them to be more efficient and professional. Company strategies to overcome barriers Orientation- If the learners are given orientation for the purpose, policies, procedures, program and relations behind attaining the objective it is important for them to understand the objectives, goals and strategies they have made to overcome the barriers that is affecting them (DuHadway, Carnovale and Kannan, 2018). Improving relations- It is important that the group of learners improve their relations so that they can understand each other’s opinion and interact with them in that basis. This way they will be able to change the way of perception of each other and remove the fear of each other which will reduce the anxiety in anyone and motivate them to work up their task. This way they will be able to learn the language in a better way with all of their fears gone. Listening Empathetically-
Other than the differences in culture or factors related to anxiety or motivation. It will really help people if they are able to listen to their tutors carefully so that they can avoid the barrier to communication and understand the key words that are used in the language so that they can focus on making their language better. It is necessary that teachers teaches them in such a way which feels like discussion and interact with them on constant basis so that they can achieve the path set by them. Transform participants into teachers- Leaders need to make the program in such a way that helps to transform the learners. This will help them to understand the importance of their position when they have finished learning the language as with the help of it leaders focuses on the development of employees. This will help the student to reduce the level of complexity they face in several barriers and learn something at fast rate and improve their efficiency (Cooren and Seidl, 2020). RECOMMENDATIONS There are different theories of communication which they follow as per their purpose and goals.Itisimportantthatmanagementofthecompanymustfinalizetheirchannelof communication keeping such things in mind so that there are no errors in work and the level of conflicts in the organization is less. This way they will be able to keep the productivity at a better rate. Other than this it is important that learners work on reducing their anxiety and focus on understanding the importance of an foreign language and its benefits as it will give them an internal motivation and make their perspective about this issue clear. In order to remove the barriers it is important that tutors understand the problem of their learners and then make ways to explain them as this will help them to boost their confidence and give another reason to work on. CONCLUSION From the above studies it has been concluded that it is necessary to remove the barriers of communication so that they can focus on the spread of information and assess the speed it spreads because any lag in any field can affect the productivity which can affect the business of the company. Other than this it is necessary for the tutors to work on new and different sets of methods through which they can motivate them and the learners do not give up.
