INTRODUCTION
Communication is the effective and foremost important factor of people life. This is the
way of transferring messages and information with others in an effective manner. This help to
make a proper pool and criteria of business as per requirement. This report is based on the Mr.
fishy restaurant which faced communication issues in their workplace because have British and
Non-British employees. In the past days company is held meeting for all members of the staff to
address issues and implement strategy to overcome this issues in effective manner. In that
meeting owner of Mr fishy not available and now they want follows up of this meeting by taking
proper report from their employees. The report will evaluate the communication practices of the
staff by discussing barriers and challenges. The report will apply different principles of effective
communication to enhance practices as well as some practices for themselves and for others.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme: 1 Purpose of effective communication.
According to the view Austin and Pinkleton (2015), the main purpose of communication
is exchange information or passing ideas through from one person to another person for
completing the work in effective manner. This is very important and effective practice which has
been done by people for great result of work. The another purpose of communication is flow of
information of relevant thoughts in respective manner Dwyer and Hopwood (2019), stated that
the creates the great better learning management skills, is like communication facilities is like
flow of information, ideas, perception, advice and instruction in effective manner. This is very
important think which is use by company and people to learn different managerial skills through
the great experience of others.
Theme: 2 Principles of communication.
The lack of effective communication renders an organization handicapped. Through that
have the effective communication various principles. This helped to maintain effectiveness of
workplace and work is in the effective manner. As per the view of Fan and et.al., (2015), Clarity
and consistency are the best principle of communication. The principle of clarity means
communicator should use proper and effective language for communicate their ideas with others
which is understood by the receiver. The words used should be the simple and unambiguous in
respective manner. The consistency is another principle of communication which is refers by

author. In that communicator have to carefully take account that the information to be
communicated should be complete in all respects.
Hänninen and Karjaluoto (2017), cited that the integration and need for communication
network are the best principle of communication. This provides a proper integration with work
and goals of communication. This is important and effective part that had created by the
company in effective manner. The communication network is really needed because of learn
different aspects of company for the process. This help to understand language and gain
knowledge about other people in effective manner.
Theme: 3 Different communication practices.
The communication practices is very important for people to reduce issues and improve
communication skills of people. This creates a great aspect for themselves and for others.
According to the view of Hartley and Chatterton (2015), there are had different communication
practices are talking and listening, writing and reading, performing and witnessing and another
more general that is suitable for company and its effective work practices in respective manner.
For that here is required to make certain effective communication improving practices in
effective manner. This is help to people to improve and develop their communication practices
for effective communication practices.
On the other side Lear, Hodge and Schulz (2015), stated that, the communication practice
are not helped to improve communication at workplace. This can be improved by implementing
and learn different language either that is local and international. This help to learn and
understand language o customers who are come in restaurant to enjoy their day with the best
food services. This has create great and effective think for people to communicate different
aspects and information with others in effective manner.
ANALYSIS AND DISCUSSION
Theme: 1 Analysis the purpose and principles of different form of organizational
communication.
The communication is the effective and best process of passing information and idea with
others. The Mr fishy restaurant faces different communication problem along with different
culture people are work together in restaurant either they are British and Non-British structure. In
the restaurant have a main purpose to communicate information and ideas fort achieving goals
and objectives of company in respective manner. The main purpose of communication is created

coordination with other people for understanding their views and ideas regarding their policy.
Through best communication efforts of all the staff working in the organization can be
coordinated for the effective accomplishment of the organizational goals and make great efforts
to achieve that in effective manner. In the restaurant, local and international both customers are
come for eating food. In that most of the time employees are not understood the language of
customers who are come from international level (Communication: Meaning, Purpose,
Importance and Principles, 2018). For that in the meeting decided to learn different management
skills for manage communication problems in respective and effective manner. For that, they can
also develop good human relations with other for exchanging ideas and thoughts with each other
through communication practices. This help to understand each other in better manner and
helped to realize difficulties faced by their challenges at the workplace in effective manner.
Theme: 2 The principles of effective communication for enhancing communication practices.
The effective communication at the workplace is really required because best result of
work and employees efforts in effective manner. This is very important and effective for the
business and for its growth factors. In the meeting managers and employees has sets the different
principles of effective communication which had created effective communication workplace by
reducing communication challenges and barriers in effective manner. Employee and manager of
Mr fishy had decided to build communication network for business growth. In that route through
that communication passes from the sender or communicator to its receivers or communicate
refers to communication network (Mayfield and Mayfield, 2017). For the effective
communication network is the effective and essentials. The managerial effectiveness is depends
on the adequate network in effective manner. Through that Mr fishy restaurant worker are highly
able for achieve goals and objectives of company. On the others side, integration portrays that
through communication efforts of human resource of the organization should be the integrated
with company goals and achievements of work as per requirement in respective manner. This in
important think that had reduced communication issues from workplace in effective manner by
making good senses of work.
Theme: 3 Communication practices for themselves and for others.
The communication practices are very important and foremost for the employees for
transfers ideas and information with others in effective manner. This creates a great think of the
people and employees in order to understand needs of customers with restaurant in effective

manner. In the meeting staff members are decided to implement different communication
practice for themselves and for others for reduce communication barriers from work place in
effective manner. Before implementing communication practices at workplace here is i8mportant
to understand why it is so important for business and in the restaurant. This more important and
effective for different managerial role, workplace success, secure new jobs and for achieving
goals of company by increasing their profit margin at workplace in effective manner. This is
important and effective think that had made great aspects for business and for its success.
For themselves: here is mention communication practice for themselves which is active
listening, use proper body language, learn symbolic language and clarity of words. Those are the
important and effective communication practices for themselves (Thompson, 2018). This help to
employees of Mr fishy to communicate proper with customers by understanding their needs in
foods. On the other side, by using symbolic language employees are easily understood work and
orders of customers without specking and by using sign language.
On the other side, for others here is suggested some communication practice providing
training for different languages for understanding by customers and employees. They also can
offer different food services which is like by customers to eat as per their requirement. This
creates a great think which has to be done in the respective manner for the business. For others,
have make active listening practice which is help to make effectiveness for the business process.
The active listening is the best practice which is help to understand thinks and ideas of others in
respective manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it had been concluded that the communication has effective and
very important part of the business and any organization. This has the effective way and route to
passes information and different communication practices for the business growth aspects. It had
been concluded that the main purpose of communication has transfers proper thinks and ideas
with others in respective manner. There has shows different principle of communication like
clarity, consistency, integration and build effective communication network for the business. The
communication practices had helped to achieve goals of company by improving communication
skill in effective manner.
