INTRODUCTION
Communication is the effective and foremost important factor of people life. This is the
way of transferring messages and information with others in an effective manner. This help to
make a proper pool and criteria of business as per requirement. This report is based on the Mr.
fishy restaurant which faced communication issues in their workplace because have British and
Non-British employees. In the past days company is held meeting for all members of the staff to
address issues and implement strategy to overcome this issues in effective manner. In that
meeting owner of Mr fishy not available and now they want follows up of this meeting by taking
proper report from their employees. The report will evaluate the communication practices of the
staff by discussing barriers and challenges. The report will apply different principles of effective
communication to enhance practices as well as some practices for themselves and for others.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme: 1 Purpose of effective communication.
According to the view Austin and Pinkleton (2015), the main purpose of communication
is exchange information or passing ideas through from one person to another person for
completing the work in effective manner. This is very important and effective practice which has
been done by people for great result of work. The another purpose of communication is flow of
information of relevant thoughts in respective manner Dwyer and Hopwood (2019), stated that
the creates the great better learning management skills, is like communication facilities is like
flow of information, ideas, perception, advice and instruction in effective manner. This is very
important think which is use by company and people to learn different managerial skills through
the great experience of others.
Theme: 2 Principles of communication.
The lack of effective communication renders an organization handicapped. Through that
have the effective communication various principles. This helped to maintain effectiveness of
workplace and work is in the effective manner. As per the view of Fan and et.al., (2015), Clarity
and consistency are the best principle of communication. The principle of clarity means
communicator should use proper and effective language for communicate their ideas with others
which is understood by the receiver. The words used should be the simple and unambiguous in
