This document is an Ethical Review Form for an individual research project. It includes sections for the student to provide information about the project title, research aim and objectives, research methodology, participant details, data recording and storage, confidentiality, anonymity, potential psychological stress, security-sensitive information, and a summary of ethical issues. The form also includes a checklist for additional supporting documents and a statement of affirmation by the student and supervisor. The supervisor then provides a recommendation on the project's ethical status.

company. It is so because they are the one who

conducting the common meeting. Through meeting
issues as well as quarries of the participants can
be resolve properly.

According to the project manager he try to full fill all
the ethical and legal concern while conducting the
research work. This will help in determine that
there is very low level of stress, anxiety and
psychological issues while conducting research.

on their outcome such as there are some information about the company which are essential to
gather but it is hard to gather in the ethical manner. In addition to this other ethical issues which
are experience by project manager is that it is essential for them to work according to the legal
aspects but in order to gather more authenticate information they need to unfollow the ethical
concern which is ethical issue for the.
