INTRODUCTION Having a healthy lifestyle is very much essential for each and every individual because then only they will be able to live a long as well as healthy life. To achieve this, it is very essential for each and every person to follow good habits in their daily routine so that the their body doesn't get affected in bad manner (Loef, M. and Walach, H., 2012). MAIN BODY POSTER EXPLANATION: This poster advertisement explains about the importance of having a healthy lifestyle and along with this the ways through which a healthy life can be achieved was also mentioned. Under this, it was mentioned that if a person will intake healthy and balanced food on daily basis then they will notice that they are taking all the nutrients which are required by them in order to stay fit and healthy. Various practices were also discussed like people should go for a walk on a daily basis and eat green vegetables etc. Along with this, removing of all bad habits is also required as all through this various kinds of harmful diseases can be spread. HOW/WHY THIS TARGET MARKET IS SELECTED: The selection of target market was done on the basis of eating habits of an individual. In various surveys done earlier, it was determined that people between the age group of 15-50 are having various kinds of bad habits like they consume alcohol, they smoke, eat junk food etc. so, this is a perfect segment who need to understand the importance of eating healthy food and the various kinds of threats which they might face while consuming these bad food products. In this target market segment, all kinds of people are included like children, youth and old age (Hacihasanoğlu, R. and Gözüm, S., 2011). Through this campaign, it will be very much understood that it is very difficult for each and every individual to change their eating habits because then only they will be able to have a healthy lifestyle. CONCLUSION From this assignment, it got concluded that promoting a healthy lifestyle is a very effective process which is required to be undertaken by all people and in all sectors as well. Be it a school , college, office or a home; healthy habits are required to be adopted by everyone.
