My name is Samuel Donald. I am a 33-year-old American from New York. I am a
professional Industrial Psychologist. After successfully-completing my bachelor’s degree at the
University of Chicago, I proceeded to the prestigious Harvard University I which I undertook my
masters of Science Degree in Industrial Psychology. Currently, I am undertaking my PhD studies
in Industrial Psychology in Yale University. Since I finished my bachelor’s degree, I have been
privileged to work in reputable Industrial Psychology organizations both within and out of the
country. Here, I got an ample opportunity to gain immense experience in the field of Industrial
Psychology. Currently, I am serving as the Chief-Executive Officer (CEO) of the Stone
Solutions LL, a start-up Industrial Psychology firm that I co-founded in 2015.
Stone Solutions LL is an Industrial Organization (IO) Psychology consulting firm that
was established in 2015. Its headquarters are in New York City. Currently, the firm has a
workforce of 17 employees who work on full-time basis. Over the years, Stone Solutions LL has
been doing a commendable job in the market. It has been offering consultancy services to
numerous companies across the country (Landy & Conte, 2016). As an organization, we are
proud of rendering exceptional and customized consultancy services to our clients. Currently, we
serve numerous starting Small and Micro-Medium entities, large corporations, and
multinationals (Riggio, 2017). Our consultancy services revolve around issues like human
resource management, organizational culture, diversity management, employee welfare,
employee motivation, performance enhancement, and the overall organizational decision-making
processes. We rely on our experts who have an immense knowledge and experience on IO
psychology research and consulting.
