Communication
Communication plays a significant role in the company environment. Each kind of industry
needs an effective solution for communicating with either customers or the employees or to

There are mainly two types of communication informal, formal, downward, upward, external,

Management Study HQ" 2018).
Amazon.com Inc.
Amazon is a large company and so does the number of employees in it, so a great
communication scheme is applied over the organization so that company communication runs
in a smooth and fluent way. The company also has to deal with the customers and
communicating with them can affect the company goals. There are two types of
communication involved in such a condition which are B2B (Business to Business) and B2C
(Business to Customers). B2B is the type of communication system which company uses for
internal business or organizational medium like for dealing with other small or large
organizational partners etc. B2C is used where there is communication to be made between
the company and its customers. Here company sells directly their products and services to the
customer.
Asana
Asana is a small scale company which has to deal with more than 21,000 customers on 300
employees. So a good communication system criterion must be set to full fill the needs and
demands of customers. Here B2B communication is not that much needed but an excellent
B2C communication is required. Moreover, then this company has to also make a good level
of customer satisfaction for this they can provide service expertise to the customer which
eventually makes the customer satisfied. B2C communication includes all over
communication types which are held between organization and customers, so, feedbacks can
also be very helpful from the customer side to develop a better and improved system
(Donaldson 2017).
Asana has its own platform or team collaboration so it can be very helpful in internal
communication in the company.

large in quantity in large scale industries on the other hand small scale industries have less
amount of intruders but can be easily be penetrated. Therefore, a solid and robust plan for
security implementation is required in both types of organizations.
Both the companies Asana and Amazon have a good strategic security implementation. They
both have a little bit of common security system (Johns 2016). Following are some of the
security practices implemented by companies that provide online business –
Firewall
Firewalls can eb hardware or software which protects the system or network from outer
networks. Firewalls are of a different kind like proxy firewalls, gateways, IPS etc.
Companies use such practice of security for a better approach to security implementation.
As the firewall can also be hardware so it is hard to penetrate a firewall.
Encryption
Encryption is the technique or methodology which is used to prevent the information
from intruders. In encryption, the data is altered to some another cipher text which is not
understood by the intruders and the data inaccessibility is maintained. Companies use
their own encryption algorithms for their own security implementation.
Backups
Backup is the feature which is highly recommended in any organization. There can be
several circumstances and conditions in which the original data can be inaccessible. For
the solution of this, a security methodology can be implemented in which regular backup
of the data is made and whenever there is a need for backup data is can be accessed.
DMZ
DMZ stands for Demilitarized Zones. In this security practice, all the servers and
important hardware's of the organization are grouped together and all of them are in
housed secured from security implementations like firewalls. DMZ has a very little
internal network access and it directly communicates with the external network. If the
intruder penetrates the company network then it can only breach DMZ network, internal
network will still be secured.
Software

For every organization, security is the first priority of the company to implement in order to
preserve the assets and vital information of the organization. The risk of security breach is
large in quantity in large scale industries on the other hand small scale industries have less
amount of intruders but can be easily be penetrated. Therefore, a solid and robust plan for
security implementation is required in both types of organizations.

The software can be a good security implementation technique for a quick security
service providence. Several software tools are there which provides security features.
Security policies work upon the different layers of the network to provide better grip on
the security measure. This type of implementation is cheaper than Hardware installations.
