Knowing customers plays an important role in success of an organisation. It is imperative to
assess customer’s needs and wants so that it becomes easier to meet expectation of customers
(Coppenhaver, 2018). Every customer has unique taste and preference related to a product or
service. By understanding customer’s needs, company can formulate effective strategy which
leads to accomplishment of objectives within time frame period. Marketers of different company
uses various marketing tools so as to engage with customers so as to influence them to buy
company’s product. With help of technology, it becomes easier for company to communicate
with their customers. Digital marketing is one of the most effective and most popular marketing
tool opted by company to deliver message to their targeted audience. Most of the audience are
active on social media and with this, company can influence them with influencer marketing.
This essay is based on influencer marketing and cover various areas of influencer marketing.

tool as compare to other marketing tactics and tools (Bain, 2018). It makes it easier for company
to reach its targeted audience in a short span of time. Many companies opt YouTube bloggers to
promote their products by sending them product sample and accessories. This will help company
in promoting its product and in making people aware about product. Most of the audience their
social media influencer and they have trust on them. In addition to that, company can easily
convey message to their audience. It is imperative for company to choose right influencer who is
associated with similar profession. For example, for promoting products of a clothing company
needs to reach fashion model not a food blogger. The reach of influencer marketing is wider as it
covers sports, tourism and education. Influencer boosts in pandemic as companies are struggling
to attract customers (Margalit, 2020). It becomes difficult to engage with customers during
COVID-19. But, influencer marketing helps in promoting products and services of company and
can reach to wider range of customers. It is a great concept that helps small companies in
elevating business growth along with contributes in generating higher profits. There are various
