The purpose of the report is to suggest information management strategy for Coffee Construction
Australia. Coffee Construction Australia is an old style firm. Since it is an old style family based
firm, it has not embraced any modern technology. However, lack of embracing modern

this, the Board of Directors has become very concerned about the reputation and future business

Introduction
The Coffee Construction Australia is a medium sized construction firm that delivers a
number of civil projects. It delivers a broad range of projects that include projects with vital
transport network, water and resources infrastructure projects, railway embankment projects and
dam construction projects. The report will be analyzing the four years information strategic plan
that will be implemented in the Coffee Construction as a part of implementation of new and
advanced information system in the organization. The report will be elaborating the strategic
plan that will evaluate the business drivers, the guiding principles, purpose of the strategy,
impact on the clients and the key performance indicators and performance measures of the
chosen strategy. The strategic plan will be evaluating the privacy, security and data protection
aspects of the information system that is implemented in the organization. The information
system that will be implemented will follow the modern business trends. The background and the
business drivers associated with the project are discussed in the following sections.
