The foremost determination of this paper is to focus on the use of smart technologies and
IT solutions in cultural businesses. The agricultural business systems were the need of an
advanced system which will be very much useful in optimizing their business process which can
help them improve their profitability (Baranwal & Pateriya, 2016). The analysis of the business
data and the business situations are none done in a more accurate manner these days with the
help of advanced IoT based device such as the systems which helps in monitoring the climatic
conditions, greenhouse automation, crop management, cattle monitoring and the end to end
management systems. Each of these systems can be used under different circumstances in the
agricultural field (Muangprathub et al., 2019). The existing agricultural plans have to be
modified, in order to yield better quality products, the changes have to be done in such a way so
that there are no bigger risks associated with it. The following unit of the paper will present the

The grey literatures which was also considered while writing this paper. The other sources which
were considered in this paper are the competitive papers which are used in the digital
investigations. The BABOK guide will be also considered to understand the agricultural
conditions which are requirement during the change management. The next segment of the paper
will discuss the significance of IoT based services.

As discussed by Baranwal & Pateriya, (2016), the latest progresses in IT industry have
led to the evolution of advanced sensory devices which are increasingly used in the agricultural
fields. The researcher of the paper focussed on both the challenges and the benefits of the
sensory IoT based devices. The researcher of this paper also focused on the different categories
of management technique which can be applied in the agricultural fields such as greenhouse
automation management system, crop management, cattle monitoring system and the farm
management system. The challenges of the IT technologies in terms of the Information systems,
management of those systems use of the IoT sensors can be also understood from this paper such
as the need for maintaining IT experts for adverse networking conditions. The crops which are
there in the field can be also managed by the surveillance technologies of the IoT based systems
(Ray, 2017). The use of the satellites with the expert IT professional can be also determined in
this paper.

farmers of the agricultural fields. The researcher stated that the use of the high technology can be
very much important for the farmers in order to protect their crops both from the harsh
environmental conditions such as heavy rains or snowfall and also from the attacks of other
animals and birds of the fields. The researcher stated that the IoT based drones are also very

geographical area can be measured using the yield monitoring system. The researcher of the

the big data technologies. The IT solutions which are used in the fields must be replaced with the
help of specific IT governance plan which has to be created for every new technology
differently. The researcher stated that the application of the Climate smart agricultural in the
agricultural fields also he3lps in improving the quality of products which are obtained from the
agricultural fields. The vision and strategy of the primary shareholders can be very important to
bring the change management in the agricultural fields. The processing and the distribution of

environmental scientists and the animal welfare ground are needed for the development of
industry as a whole (Pan et al., 2016). A risk response team can be very much useful for the deal

which are applicable for the use of the IT industries in the agricultural industries; it is a very
important challenge for the shareholders of the firms. The incorporation of the new technologies
will lead to the increase in productivity which can be have a negative impact in terms of the

every agricultural firm must be having a manual or an automated Quality Assessment division

The incorporation of the use of the IoT based systems can be very much useful for the
agricultural fields as it will provide them to provide improved profitability and a competitive
edge over the other similar organization. The competencies and the constraints associated with
the use of the IoT sensors has to be decreased under every circumstances which will be an
important factor for the growth and development of the agricultural industry. The use of the
sensors cab be very much useful for the farms to identify the potential threats of the agricultural
fields and the needs to change the composition of the social which are different for different
crops (Giri, Dutta & Neogy, 2016). The stakeholders associated with the agricultural industry
can be also managed using the Information systems as it will help in providing better quality
products. The Information System can be very much important to deal with complexities in the

Considerations
There are different considerations with the use of the IT technologies used in the
agricultural industry. The designing of the sensors has to be done according to the area of the
agricultural field. Security of the private network must be ensured before the use of the private
network. IT experts must be only allowed to operate the high end systems and the IT
technologies such as the agricultural drones and the Information Systems. The cost associated
with the maintenance of the sensors is also one of the serious concerns of the use of the
echnologies in the agricultural fields. Huge amount of energies are consumed while using the use

of the drones and the sensors which has to be monitored as well so that the desired results are
obtained from the IoT based devices used in the agricultural industries (Krintz et al., 2016). All
the IT technologies which needneeda storage facility such as the image capturing agricultural
drones are connected must be to the cloud services so that the integrity and the confidentiality of
the data is maintained. The impact of IT technologies will be discussed in the following
paragraph.
Impact of the trend on business analysis practice
The existing business process and the operations which are used in most of the
agricultural field have to be modified using the latest IT technologies and systems. Effective IT
governance plans are required to manage the IoT sensors and the rmation Systems. The digital
initiative can be very much useful for the yield better quality products. The use of the cloud
computing technologies can be very much useful to secure the data from the cybercriminals and
at the same time the decision making process which is a very significant business process in
every industry can be also modified using the IoT based devices. Mixed farming is now possible
in most adverse conditions due to the application of the IoT sensors and the other significant soil
moisture control systems (Sánchez-de-Rivera et al., 2017). The manual efforts which were given
in the farm as well as for the existing technologies which are used in the agricultural fields are
minimizing and these technologies are being replaced by advanced technologies. Apart from the
use of the nced technologies in the field, technologies also had a positive impact on the
transportation of the raw materials from the fields to the nearest processing centers or industries.
Crops are no longer damaged even if they are made to travel long distances, different other
categories of overhead cost of the agricultural industries are saved using the innovations of
Information Technology. The weather forecasting systems are now much more accurate which

helps the farmers to take all the precautions to prevent the damage to their crops due to adverse
environmental conditions. Water canals and the the other essential parameters of water canal
such as its area, measurement and maintenance and, risks can be identified and monitored using
the Information System (Gondchawar & Kawitkar, 2016). Thus, the increasing demand of the
consumers of this industry can be successfully achieved using the innovations from the field of
Information Technology. The paper rolls on to the final segment conclusion.
Conclusion
The paper concludes the impact of the smart technologies in the agriculture industry. The
application of the different categories of sensors such as the locational sensors, optical sensors,
and electrochemical sensors in the ision agriculture was determined from this paper. The paper
was very much helpful to understand the use of the GPS satellites which are used for monitoring
of the environmental conditions of the agricultural fields. The application of the airflow sensors
can be also concluded from the paper, at the same time the paper is very much useful to
understand the IT innovations such as the greenhouse automation management system, cattle
monitoring system and, firm management system. The impact of the new and improved
mapping techniques can be also concluded from this paper. The issues associated with changing
from the conventional ways of farming to the advanced ways of farming along with the
complexities have been discussed well in this paper. The paper successfully highlights the
challenges of the use of the echnologies such as the huge initial investment and the maintaining
IT experts for the latest IT services. The business opportunities in terms of the competitive
advantage which are provided by the IT services can be also concluded from this paper. The
