based on the information system and big data analysis of particular project. This report contains
project management, various methodologies use by the users for the solution. Moreover, explain
various functions of big data and discuss of challenges of big data.

The waterfall method: The waterfall model is a linear development process in which

the active modern world.
Disadvantage: When an application is in the evaluation process, it is also very hard to go back
and alter anything which was not well planned out from the design phase
Agile method: AGILE approach is a technique that encourages the potential for
additional and checking replication during the developer's software development process. With

the exception of the Waterfall model, all creation and testing requirements are simultaneous. The
agile development of the program discusses four key principles.
Advantage: Client satisfaction by providing valuable applications promptly, continuously. It
emphasizes individuals and relationships, instead of processes and devices. Clients, business
analysts communicate with someone on a permanent basis.
Disadvantage: There is inadequate focus on needed design and construction. Unless the potential
customer is not sufficient anymore they would like, the proposal can conveniently get out of
target.
Gannt charts: It is one of the most popular and effective means of expressing operations
(activities or occurrences) demonstrated toward moment is a Gantt chart, frequently used in
project management. A description of the operations is on the left side of the chart, and an
appropriate timeframe is situated and along edge. Any operation is described by either a bar; the
bar's location and distance represents the action's target date, period and exit plan. To complete
the project of computer building require to prepare a Gantt chart in which categories all the
activities after that take appropriate steps.

business decisions. Advanced analytics offers the opportunity to interpret Big Data from various

networks. The distinction is where an analyst approaches data analysis and text analytics.
Data visualization
Data visualization is the graphical display of data and details. Visual analytics
applications offer a convenient way to see it and recognize patterns, deviations and relationships
in the data with the use of graphic cues such as charts, graphs and charts.
