ABSTRACT •Outsourcing is defined as a process of hiring a party outside the company. •It is mainly used in companies for controlling and managing their business effectively. •The goal of this presentation is to evaluate the concept of IS outsourcing and describe the benefits and limitations of the outsourcing system used in organizations.
