Introduction:
The aim of this report is to critically analyze the enterprise information system with
the purpose to elaborate the operational features of that nominated enterprise. Followed by
this aspect it has been noticed that in order to explain the above selected topic the Latureae
enterprise case scenario has been taken. Considering the above aspects, after a thorough
investigation it has been noticed that the nominated enterprise is a healthcare and wellness
organization which holds the objective to bring wellness to everyone. Along with this it has
been noticed that in the year 2000 Latureae has been introduced to the population. While
initiating this enterprise operations the authorities of the enterprise has expressed their
interest towards developing such organization which will surely impact the wellness aspect in
future. Followed by this investigation it has been also noticed that the nominated organization
offers several services for wellness which includes the services related to the expertise on the
body minerals, vitamins as well as the nutrients. The investigation has also mentioned that the
organization works with providing natural solutions to the addressed problems. Considering
these aspects this paper will focus on the elaborating the enterprise activities with the purpose
to analyze its effectiveness. Followed by this aspect it will further discuss about the
nominated activities by applying the porter’s value chain model in which it will discuss the
business activities and its effectiveness.

Considering this aspect it has been noticed that noticed that in the nominated
enterprise business process there are several business activities present which holds
significant impact on the effectiveness of the nominated business services. Followed by this
aspect the identified activities are listed below-

After analyzing the organizational services it has been noticed that there are several
activities and those activities also includes two classifications such as primary and secondary.
Followed by these investigation the list of identified primary and secondary activities are

Primary activities are those which holds the main responsibilities present in the
organization. Followings are the identified activities-
 Activities of CEO of the organization.
 Activities of COO of the organization.
 Financial Activities.
 Sales operations of the organization.

Secondary Activities-
 Customer handling process.
 Team handling process.
 Activities of CIO for data analysis.

Followed by the above investigation present in the enterprise services of the
nominated organization it has been noticed that there are significant links present between the
activities and the sub-activities of the organization which will holds a significant impact on
the services of the organization.
Considering this aspect it has been also noticed that in this enterprise hierarchy the
higher authority is the CEO of the organization, after that the COO takes the responsibility.
Followed by the instruction of the COO several operational departments open where it
includes the operations of CFO where, in holds the sub activities of processing the financial
transactions, payment processes as well as the payroll process. Followed by this it includes
the sales department where it includes the client handling as well as the retailing process
handling. Along with this it has been noticed that in the management of the production
handling process it includes the activities like development of production team, process of
