Introduction:
Software development is considered to be socio-technical endeavour for long time. As being
a software developer of an organisation certain knowledge, skills and theories should be
applied which will led the individual to work in the work environment. In this paper it is
discussed about a person who is a java based software developer, he works in a particular
organisation. It is further discussed about the knowledge, the skills that the person have
gathered which helped them to work in the organisation (Dutta, Geiger & Lanvin, 2015).
Also it is mentioned about the theories that are followed by the person to work in the
organisation. It will be concluded in the paper that how this courses helped the person in the

Knowledge can be elaborated as the education that a person has gathered. It may be at the

have managed to gain the knowledge on java programming language from the time, he was
studying in college (Bilbao et al., 2013). He gained as much knowledge as possible during
those days which helped him to work in the organisation. Till now he gathers more

Skill is another positive aspect which is very necessary to work in any field. This is the ability
for a person which helps the person to perform the task with more expertise, including better
