to them which can help in to get the better health and social care. Telehealth is the one in which
there is need to provide the medical health services and other benefits to the patient who are
there far away from the physician or doctors and are not able to get the better services which is
related to health and social care.
Health and social care act 2012- This is the one, which is obliged with first legal duty
related with health inequality. In this, department of health, clinical commissioning group
according to reduce the health inequality within England people. This act was brought in relation
to bring the change on public health functions. There is need to protect the data which is related
