INTRODUCTION
Entrepreneurship and leadership is an ability which cannot be taught and is inherited in a
person who helps them in planning and operating a successful business. Such competencies of a
person help them to resolving problems and issues which can be faced by the company.
Entrepreneurial vision is one of the core component which helps in identifying the changing
business environment and in forming effective decisions which are helpful for the profitability of
business (Backman and Lööf, 2015). Business venture established by the entrepreneurial vision
will focus on earning maximum profitability of the business. The project report aims to define a
business plan. The report will highlight the industry in which the business will operate, the target
market and the strategy which will help them in setting a benchmark and attracting more
customers which will be helpful in running a successful and profitable business venture.

BUSINESS IDEA
The business plan of this project report is based on introducing a new vegan cafe " The
Healthy Bite".
The cafe will offer different variety of vegan food products dishes which will help in
meeting the demand of health conscious customers. Services such as dine-in and take-away
services will be offered by the cafe through which the cafe can connect with large number of
customers and enhance their business growth and market share.
