Introduction
Information systems are mainly referred to the system that is being composed for people
for the purpose of managing the information within the organization. The main aim behind using
information system is to support the operations, decision making process and ensures better
management of the system. Information system is mainly composed of five major components
that include hardware, software, database, network and people. These are integrated in such a
way that it can manage the main components. The primary advantages that are being offered
with the use of information system are that it ensures that the tasks are being carried out
effectively. In addition with the use of information system the need of paper work gets
minimized. This ensures that better support is provided towards the organization.
Business innovation within an organization process mainly includes introducing new
ideas, methodologies, services, products and workflows for the purpose of managing the
activities. With the help of introducing innovative ideas in business it becomes easy to manage
the activities that provide better support towards the business activities. The emerging
technology of information system includes big data analytics, Mobile Information Systems,
virtual reality, augmented reality and internet of things. In this paper the focus will be discussing
the concept behind big data analytics. Over years it has been observed that the innovation in
information system has enhanced the performance rapidly.

Information system objective is to ensure that the developed system is able to make the
performance of the organization easier. With the growing technologies it can be stated that the
information and technology are getting advanced. There are several industries that offer effective
easier for enhancing the life. Information system plays a crucial role in every organization. Thus
it becomes essential to ensure that proper technology is involved behind enhancing the
performance of the organization. Innovation often starts with the concept of generating ideas that
will help in managing the activities and consider the business viability, feasibility and
desirability as an important concept behind the idea generation. Big data analytics involves the
idea of including analytics system and software so that the system can ensure better computing
activities.
Information System innovation is mainly referred to the diverse concept that focuses on
both technical and organizational elements and ensures that it has the potential to cover a wide
range of information system development. It has been observed that the maximum information
system innovation is concerned with the adoption, implementation, diffusion, acceptance and
assimilation of the IT organizational firms. An information system (IS) is referred to a set of
components that focuses on conducting a work together so that they can manage data processing
and storage effectively. The main objective that is being identified in this report is that it helps in
supporting the key aspects behind running an organization successfully. That involves effective
communication process, decision making, record-keeping, and data analysis. Organization uses
these innovations for the purpose improving the business functions and ensures that better
competitive advantages are obtained.
