facing by both the companies (Melville, 2010). These issues affect the companies objectives and
it includes the supply chain management, corporate social responsibility and other challenges are

internet which are now using by new customers for doing the online shopping (Isaksson,
Johansson and Fischer, 2010). They have to provide those goods which are highly in demand to
fulfil the needs of customers. The company have to provide those products and services
according to the culture of the people so that they can satisfy the different needs of customers. It
is important for the managers to conduct market research so that they can easily identify the

can lead in the market and retain the customers for a long period of time. The manager have to
apply proper strategies of sustainability which can protect the environment from the wastage

From this case study I learned that In Mozambique there s access of electricity which is
lowest among the world, especially in rural areas where it supplied only 1% of the population.
The territory of Mozambique is vast but most of the population are lives in rural communities
and many of the districts capital are depends upon the expensive and often unreliable power
generation. I also find that the key strategy of Energizing Mozambique is to accomplish the four
pillars in functional network in knowledge, finance, private sector and in village development
base (Rainey, 2010). Currently there is a low electrification rate in Mozambique i.e. 12%. The
21% of electricity are reached to the urban household and 0.2% are lies at rural electrification.
The most of the people are leaving in rural area about 98% and still they are using fuel wood for
cooking their food.
Mozambique is forefront countries in Africa which pushing the implementation of EU
Renewable Energy Cooperation Programme which boost the local energy projects in biomass.
Case study 2 The Beef Scandal (Tuesday)
I found that in 2013, the news of supermarket chains hit like a thunder because in burgers
horse meat was found. Beef products are sold by TESCO, Aldi, Iceland and Dunne which found
that there is low level of animal DNA. TESCO chief executive has make some promises to
British farmers and consumers. The reputation of the TESCO is damaged due to the beef
products are supplied t customers.
There will be a transparent relationships between the suppliers and customers.
There will be a review on root-and-branch of whole TESCO supply chain.
DNA testing will be done on all the processed beef (Reiser, 2011).
The video will be make on supply chain so that customers can trace frame work.
All chicken products will be fresh and frozen from British Isles.

This system, cover about 60 percent of home power consumption and 80% are covered with hot
water supply. However, it reduces the energy consumption about the 30 percent which covers the
carbon dioxide emission.
Fuel cell technology is the new zero emission technology which is applied on across
several transportation and mobility sectors. As it require the only pure water. But the production
of hydrogen is costly and complicated (Schaltegger and Wagner, 2011). The most of the
companies are depend upon the weather condition to produce the steam from clouds or from fog
which are on the road surface.

between the 18 and 25 years of age. The 60% of users are belong form the students. There was a
time when company suddenly left the UK market. On website of Car2Go has write that it is the

providing the car sharing services in UK. Car2go is the leading member in UK in car club
coalition (Schut and et. al., 2011). It also look forward to continue with the driving collaborative
