It is to inform you that there is proper execution and implementation of project
activities and tasks within the innovation. I, as the project leader am ensuring you that after
attending meeting with the project members, I have analysed that there is no problem in the
execution of project. In the meeting, there was discussion about some legal factors which have
become problem in the success of project and these issues have to solved as soon as possible.
There is requirement for adopting all the legal laws that are involved within the project. Also,
vetsing schedule is prepared in order to complete the research work properly. The project of
digital marketing is successful and there is monitoring of the project activities. In the meeting, I got
to know that the main limitation of the project is time and I will ensure that project will be
completed within the provided time frame.
