Therefore, from the above research it might be stated that Tesco has undertaken different
innovations the field of supply chain and logistics for supporting the smooth functioning of the
systems. However, the concerned organization faced different issues relating to sales data
misinterpretation from different checkpoints, which has affected the smooth functioning of te
production, distribution and supplying processes. On the other hand, the concerned organization
also faced issues relating to falsified billing due to human errors, which affected the trust and
loyalty of the customers. Therefore, the concerned organization must take steps to implement the
automated billing device, which will transmit appropriate information for inventory management
