Topic- To examine the role of innovative digital technologies in transforming the look
of the workplace. A study on Tesco.
The conception of digital workspace is technology framework which manage and
centrally control the organisation elements of organisation IT assets involving
applications, data and endpoints. The use of technology in workplace allows high
work efficiency and flexibility to employees (Mogielnicka, 2018). The present study
has wide scope that will help in providing detail analysis regarding the conception of
innovative digital workspace as to bring flexibility in organisation. It is important to
undertake current project for having better understanding of effective use of
innovative digital technology and supporting better transformation in workplace.

for the current project which is been stated below-

and which researcher undertake in order to carry out investigation. The budget is
prepared that will present information and sum total of all expenses which researcher
undertake in current project.

Quality- For the project it is considered as vital element which is related with
the authenticity and reliability of collected data. It is required to select suitable &
appropriate set of research methodology for having high quality level in current
project. In addition, data collection involves combination of primary and secondary
methods as to ensure ample amount of data helps in meeting set objectives
effectively.
Time- This represent the total time which is needed in order to perform and
undertaking an investigation. The current investigation is expected to be completed
within the time frame of three to four months.
Resource- Within project there are several sets of asset and resources which
is used in current project that involves resources related to financial, human,

technical and others. For having effective management of people & work in
organisation along with ensuring timely collection of data it is required to have
human resources. To meet the research expenses, it required to have financial
resources whereas technical resources involve the use of internet, computers etc. as
to have effective recording and data collecting (Channa, 2020).
Risk- With the research it has been seen that there are several sets of issues
which affects the project performance and efficiency is hamper. For the current
project the key risk which is identified is lack of sufficient number of resources as
well as issue of limited time duration for performing various activities.
Communication- To share information in systematic manner and research
findings with stakeholder’s it is required to bring out appropriate communication and
taking use of official notice board along with e-mails are made. In the research there
is use of both formal and informal modes of communication for removing the
chances of confusion and confusion.

This is considered as effective tool for carrying out the operations in which
activities are breakdown into small task for effectively accomplishing of task. This is
techniques which helps in identifying and then breaking it down further for the
efficiency. It clearly demonstrates the relationship between the project deliverables
and scope.

It refers to bar chart which illustrate the project schedule. The use of Gantt
chart helps team in planning work around deadlines and properly allocating
resources. It involves the start and end dates of tasks, milestones, dependencies

topic. This involves the discussion of methodological issues and suggestions for the
future research (Birru, Gokkaya, and Liu, 2018). The current literature review is
based on topic of analyzing the look of innovative digital workspace as well as role of
innovative digital technologies is been determined in transforming the look of the
workplace for which analysis is been mad for, the set of articles and journals that is
provided below-

According to the viewpoint of Takabiri, 2021, there are several ways which is
adopted by organisation as to have better creation of innovative digital workspace
that consist of leading the well-designed collaboration framework which offers
effective mechanism to share the information, documentation, ideas as to solve and
communicate decisions effectively. The Tesco is investing in technology for
developing Omni channel customer experience along with to maintain a competitive
edge in increasing digitised. The Tesco invested in digital in-store initiatives and self-

strategy such as workplace integration supports collaborative content is presented

Based on the aforementioned assessment of the literature, it can be

in nature, utilising a variety of software and automated technology to support more
original and successful solutions. In addition, it has been summed up that cutting-
edge digital technology is playing a crucial part in changing the way workspaces look
by facilitating more effective use of cloud computing and other advanced and agile
technologies to provide greater flexibility and efficiency. Additionally, it has been

3.1 Research Process
In the current study, the research methodology that has been adopted
includes problem identification and objective setting based on the subject of creative
digital workspaces. After that, a review of the literature is conducted in order to better
define and comprehend the subject while also going over the essential terms and
topics. The next stage of the current project entails establishing the research
methodology and creating the instrument to have a successful analysis and
interpretation in order to successfully achieve the goal.
3.2 Research Approach
It is a description of formative plan and process that comprises of various
stages based on broad assumptions as well as detail of data collection methods.
There are two primary categories of research approach deductive and inductive. In
the current study, a deductive strategy for data collection and analysis was used for
the research topic (Tsai, 2019). The gathering and analysis of quantitative data
relevant to the research issue is the main goal of the study. With this research
strategy, the researcher is free to support their choice with their own reasoning.

A researcher can utilise a variety of research strategies, including action
research, surveys, observation, experiments, and more, to efficiently gather,
analyse, and interpret data. According to the current study's nature, a survey
approach is the most acceptable and appropriate choice because it provides a time-
and money-saving method for gathering data from a larger group of participants via a
questionnaire (Jackson, 2019.).
3.4 Research Methodology and Tools
The two types of research methodology that are most frequently employed
are qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative method requires more effort and time
to apply because it involves completing a thorough examination. Therefore, given the

nature of the current study, it is more appropriate to employ and use a quantitative
approach, which includes simple data gathering and presentation in a numeric set.
Data collection: To guarantee that there is enough information to satisfy and
achieve the present target, data collection for the current project uses both primary
and secondary sources of information. A questionnaire will be used to gather primary
data, and the analysis of online collections of articles and journals will be used to
gather secondary data (Klotins, and Peretz-Andersson, 2022).
Research tools
A questionnaire, which is essentially a written document containing a set of
questions focused on a certain topic, has been employed in the current study as a
research method. Additionally, using a random sampling technique, a sample size of
30 people was also chosen from among the Tesco. employees. For data gathering,

4.1 Conclusion
It is being concluded from the above data findings and interpretation in the
business digital workplace transformation is very crucial as this helps in increase of
productivity. Through the use of advance technology, company is influenced to
transform workplace which enhances efficiency, increases customer value and
profitability. The use of digital technologies helps employees in performing their task
in better manner.
4.2 Recommendations
It has been analysed that digital workspace transformation is significant for
the customer expectations and experiences. In order to make employees more
effective at performing their duties and aiding in the achievement of organisational
goals and objectives, it is recommended that the company provide suitable training
regarding the use of technology to its staff (Gong, and Ribiere, 2021).

While conducting the current research the problem which I have encountered was related to the
research on the topic of innovative digital workspace look like. To address this problem, I have
taken use of teachers and with the research skill I was able to find information on the topic that
helped me in achieving aims and objectives.

In the current study I face problem in achieving the aims and objectives as to determine look on

transforming look of the workplace through collecting quantitative data. The conducting of
effective research will help in and taking use of several research methodology makes research
more effective.

In the end of the current study, I face problem related to data interpretation and concluding the
project. This issue was resolved by me through preparing Questionnaire by having sample size
of 30 respondents and interpreting with the help of graph. By overall research I made conclusion
on the concept of digital innovative workspace to transform company.

What did you aim to achieve through your work?
The Current project aim is “to determine look on the innovative digital workspace as well as
evaluating role of innovative digital technologies in transforming look of the workplace through
collecting quantitative data.
Did your work succeed in achieving your aims? How do you know? Specifically, please
outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, the project which is undertaken by researcher was succeed in its aims through collection of
several data regarding topics.
What aspects of your development process do you think worked well and why? Evaluate
all aspects of the project (e.g., initial research, concept development, development
process, presentation, etc.) from a range of perspectives.
Research questions and objectives were made by me in the starting stage of investigation which
supported me in continuing the whole work in systematic manner. I started working on
determining suitable sources for the data collection & analysis after formation of research aim &
objectives. Through all this sources I have made conclusion so that it can be understand by all
readers easily.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
I have come through several problems while conducting of research that involves such as
lacking of skill in time management and in communicating with respondents. In time
management, I found myself poor in managing time as I was not capable to complete my
activities on time. Through the use of Gantt chart, I was able to resolve this issue as it help like
time scheduling tool which has created in the accomplishment of objectives. Through this it
helped me in completing each task and activity on time. The other issue of communicating and
interacting with chosen number of respondents was resolve by continuing practicing and taking
classes of soft skills.
What did you learn from undertaking the project?
The current study helped me in learning that transformation in the workplace is important with
the time as to remain competitive in market. I have learned that it's critical to adapt to changing
circumstances because doing so has numerous advantages for people.
What are the strengths and weaknesses of your process that you have identified?
In the present study the identified strengths are-
