consideration to meet requirements of clients or people. The innovative measures have been
taken into consideration by various researchers and developers to have a better idea of the needs
and requirements of the user.
After the advancement of Nano technology, different devices have been developed to
track and keep a check on various operations of the individual user in regard from its daily
routine to health conditions. Several bio technological products or gadgets have been developed
that has made life of people quite easy. With the development of the bio metrics, now the data is
more secure as compared to the older times. The usage of the biological information of the user
such as retina, fingerprint or voice activation has helped in securing the data in a much better and
sustainable way. The bio metric approaches of providing the security and safeguarding the
information is getting popular nowadays and is been widely used.
The implementation or the usage of internet has made it easy for everyone to gain a better
share of various information available. One can anytime access the information about any subject
or topic from any corner of the world (Lin and et. al., 2017). This has reduced, almost diminished
the communication gap and aided in the better development of education. Also, it has improved
the learning process and has increased the level of the various operations that are been followed
by the customer or the firm for better understanding of various topics or subjects.
The usage of the latest and innovative technology has also affected various operations at
workplace, increasing the speed and efficiency of employees and helping them to achieve better
targeted goals. Other than this, the effective measures taken by various innovators and
developers will help the company to improve its work efficiency and fulfil the requirements of

 The Copyright Protection Act prevents a user or the individual to copy or use the details
such as image, logo or other visual component without the consent of the owner
(Oliveira, Thomas and Espadanal, 2014).
 The Trip's agreement helps the innovators and developers to safeguard their innovations
and prevent their misuse.
 Also, the use of the illegal measure to get the access to the files and transferring them by
the means of CD, pen drive or floppy will lay a deep impact on the organisation and thus,
the safeguarding of the personal data of its clients is the legal liability of the organisation
(Stancu and et.al., 2016).
 Other than this, the various cyber security measures has to be adopted by the individual
or the person that will help the company to meet the safety requirements of the
customer's, both online and offline.
