businesses should use to align technology, employee and can easily improve their operational
efficiency and achieve their set goals and targets. The present study is conducting a research
report in order to analyse the importance of the digital workplace transformation and how it is
effective for the overall growth and development of the company. The present study aims how
Unilever company can transform the digital workplace within the organization.

and positivism. The interpretivism research philosophy believes that an individual can shape the

Data collection is defined as where a researcher collects and gather the data through different
sources and can adopt the effective result. Data collection is of two types: primary and secondary

data. On another side, secondary data collection is a method where the study and information is
already collected by another individual person which includes books, journals and newspapers.
However, the current research study will use the both type of data collection as it helps and
supports the researcher to get the appropriate and relevant information which overall maintain
the authenticity of the data.
Data analysis
It is a systematic process where the information is collected in definite manner. Data analysis is
of two types: thematic and statistical. Thematic analysis uses the qualitative form of data which
generally includes the study of the data through data sets. This procedure is used to analyses and
evaluate the major concerns of the study report (Englmaier and Falck, 2020). Whereas, the
statistical form of analysis associated with quantitative form of data where it gives errors in
sampling and mislead the entire process where the investigator will not check the validity and
not able to found the mechanism. Thus, research will utilize the thematic analysis which will
help to analyse the qualitative data and helps researcher to achieve the set goals.
Sampling
Sampling is the process of selecting and choosing an individual and group of people to obtain
and acquire the valid set of information in updated manner. Sampling is consisted of two types
which are random and non-probabilistic. In the current research study, researcher will use the
random sampling method in order to conduct a primary research among the employee of the
Unilever. The selected sample size for this current study is 20. This means a researcher has to
made and perform a questionnaire and have to conduct a survey among 20 employee of the
company Unilever in order to determine their views and opinions in regard with the research
study.
Ethical consideration
The ethical consideration is the principles which is required to be maintained essentially
by the researcher to conduct the good research. It is important for the researcher to keep their

From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that each and every business has
essentially required to understand the significance of the digital workplace transformation which
could help the company to grow and develop in definite manner. The report has concluded the
major five chapters where first chapter refers to introduction which covered the aim and
objectives, research questions and background of the study. The second chapter included the
literature review where different authors has argued and share their views on the basis of themes.
Thus, the third chapter included the research methodology where it expresses the different forms
and methods which a researcher uses to collect the appropriate information for conducting a
study. The fourth chapter highlighted the data analysis where it has included the questionnaire in
survey with regard to participants. Fifth chapter includes the conclusion and recommendation
section where the new ideologies are suggested to the company to adopt and grow accordingly.
The recommendation which are given to company is conducting training programs (Schneider
and Kokshagina, 2021). Unilever company can conduct the appropriate training sessions and
programs for the employees of the business where it helps and supports them to understand the
