INTRODUCTION
Inquiry based learning can be describe as the learning approaches that is consider
for enhancing information and knowledge of a learner (Turnip, Wahyuni and Tanjung,
2016). This is very effective and efficient approaches which is consider by teacher to
increase understanding of learner. In this approach, learner explore various material,
ask different question as well as share ideas in order to gain more knowledge about
particular topic. This report is based on Tesco organisation. This organisation was
developed in 1919 and founder of this company is Jack Cohen. It is dealing in retail and
provide wide range of products to various customers. This report includes different retail
trends which should be consider by organisation. It consist of organisational analysis
which includes PESTEL and SWOT analysis. Apart from this recommendation and
action plan is developed.

wants. Retail industry of UK is one of the largest industry that is providing huge
employment and along with this support in growth of economic rates. Retail industry
combined of fashion sector, food sector, customer products and many other goods and
commodity which is essential for meeting with the requirement of customers. It is
essential for all those companies which are dealing in retail sector to identify and
analyse needs of customer (Ješková and et. al., 2016). This will help in enhancing
performance and productivity of organisation. There are several new trends in retail
sector which should be consider by business for effectively conducting its activities. It is
essential for respective company to analyse and evaluate different trends of market
area in order to increase business capabilities as well as provide products and services
to customers in more creative manner.
